Isn't it funny that 360 get MGS Rising but not MGS 4?

Because they can't know Raiden's awesomeness in Metal Gear Solid 4 It's kind of pity though, from what I know MGS Rising is supposed to be prequel of MGS 4 (Judging from MGS 4 ending it's hard to think that Raiden will fight again, so it gotta be prequel) If it's a prequel of MGS 4, when you finished it you're supposed to want to know what happened with Raiden in MGS 4 right? I think MS should think about porting MGS 4 to 360 first before considering MGS Rising Althought personally I dont want that to happen, because MGS 4 is already full about PS3 thing

Edit: I haven't had a chance to play MGS4 yet, so correct me if I'm wrong but Raiden only appears in the cutscenes (not gameplay like in MGS2). So, to know how "awesome" (as TC puts it) he is, just watch all the MGS4 cutscenes on Youtube.

Just because gamespot says it gots 10 doesnt mean I have to agree with it. Take something like deus ex on the pc for example. which is one of the best rpgs on pc and it got an 8.2 here. Im pretty sure those who played the game disagree with gamespot score. GTAIV might got a 10 here, but I had made for fun with saints row 2 (both game out in the same here) which got an 8.0 here.

MGO is, and always has been the sideshow to MGS4, so i wouldnt go by online numbers, also didn't MGS4 sell around 5 million? That's AAAA status if you ask me ...

4 was a snoozefest with all the 20 min cut scenes nonstop almost it was freaking awful i fell asleep twice and left my PS3 on all night

not to say the boss battles weren't great kojima coulda just shortened it up quite a bit imo

why would it be? I dont think it's worth to port MGS4 to 360 now even if Konami has right to do it.

I am sure most ppl who wants to play MGS4 have already bought PS3...just like Halo 3 for 360.

Lots of MGS4 hate in this thread I see. Back on topic I'm guessing if a 360 owner was a big fan of MGS they would have already bought a PS3 and played MGS4. The new players who might have never played MGS before probably won't care that much about the back story for the MGS games so they probably won't be missing out on much. I see this game being two things, for the MGS fans this game will just be hack and slash with some back story to help fill things in and for players who've never played MGS before, or haven't played much of it, it'll just be a fun hack and slash game.

lets see...kojima said mgs 2 would be his last mgs...mgs 3 would be his last, mgs 4 would be his last... seems to me he lies alot... and it may not be about what it can and cant do. but I injected it into it, and rising shows a match to mgs 4 graphically. therefor cow claims of mgs 4 cannot be done on 360 are false. and allways have been.
