It's 2014. Why haven't you played Super Mario Galaxy yet?

Why haven't you played the masterpiece of a platformer and its even better sequel, that game being the second best game of all time?

Do you hate good games? Have simply bad taste in games? Too poor to buy a $40 Wii? Scared to try waggle controls because you're a giant [this word censored by super600]? Just a shitty person in general?

I strongly dislike platformers and I haven't owned a Nintendo console in nearly 10 years.

Such an amazing game. I can't believe the sequel topped it. Man that final star in SMG2 was so damn hard...had to get my ex-wife to help me with the second controller. True story.

I only played Super Mario Galaxy 2, I played it this past Jan and the game looked better than 90% of current games. A Wii U HD remake would be insane.

It is unbelievable how Galaxy 2 topped Galaxy 1. Both are amazing games, I just found it difficult to go back Galaxy 1 after playing Galaxy 2. It is that good.

SMG was phenomenal. SMG2 is easily one of the best games I've ever played.

As much as I enjoyed 3D World and as well as they pulled off the multiplayer, I'm hoping Nintendo goes all out with a new single player entry. Super Mario Universe with bat shit insane level design needs to happen.

Played both SMG and SMG2 through several times. Fantastic games.

3D world was a great time. But I could do without that 2d/3d perspective in future games.

I had the first game day one and thoroughly enjoyed it. But, despite my love for it, for some strange reason I just could not get into Mario Galaxy 2, despite all the praise it was getting.

Played the first one. I realised that I couldn't be bothered with platformers anymore so I haven't played the second one yet. I still recognise that Galaxy 1 is a fabulous game though.

yes actually i would agree with blabbydun here that Super Mario Galaxy on the wii is a worthwhile experience, especially for the curious gamer.

I got bored after 20 stars. Did not bother with #2

I had a Wii, sold it for 60 euros so I could buy Uncharted 2.

I prefer the western scene. I'll take whimsical any day, but when that's all you have to offer: no thanks. I like to immerse myself in something believable, not laugh and have fun only to feel like a bitch when I turn the console off.

Wii sucks. Platformers suck. TC sucks, Borderlands 2 sucks.

Because I don't have that game and haven't decided to buy it yet, besides, I'm busy trying to complete other games I find more important right now.

You must have not played a lot of platformers back then, because there were much worse. Gex was average to good, and ahead of its time in many aspects.

I have to admit that I really hate Nintendo hardware, so much so as to believe they should simply be making games for other platforms instead of their own system. That said, however, Super Mario Galaxy is a really fun game when you're in the mood to just play something fun and not too complicated. Currently playing it on DolphinX64 w/ the Wiimote and Sensorbar, and it's pretty sweet looking in HD.

I haven't played it cause I don't think it looks fun. Haven't enjoyed a Mario game since I was a child.

I almost bought Wii a few years back but then I chickened out last minute. Thats my excuse.
