No joke it's pretty close Drakes has come a long way. And they both come out on the same day. And I'm finding myself starting to drool over Uncharted. WOW this is possibly the hardest day in my many years of gamingto choose a game on 11/20/07

One thing i think Drakes has going for it is it's art design. It has a lot of little details.

Mass Effect has better "face graphics" the face animations stuff like that

Uncharted has better everything else, in terms of graphics

uncharted looks like crap they need to get rid of that crackdown style border/outline on everything and then it will look good

One thing from those videos jumps out at me ...... the voice acting in Uncharted. They really nailed the 3 characters with those actors they chose and the performancesseem spot on.The voice acting in Mas Effect was really robotic and stale overall imo.

Bioware is putting tons of effort into creating an original sci-fi universe and placing an open-ended story IN said universe, and making interesting characters, forcing you to make relevant choices, and putting a gripping story in it...

and all you can think about are the **** graphics? >_>

the ones in mass effect are not cutsceens. The way they do the face mapping and such is done in real time

there is waaaaaay to much dialog in mass effect for them to do it that way. The game wouldnt be released for another year and on top of that it would have to be put on 4 discs.

Unlike uncharted where the devs look at every single sceen and fix it up, this is not done in mass effect, they fix up the bugs but they do not touch it up. Mass Effect isnt a small short linear game like uncharted

btw mass effect dialog is way better and sucks you in more
