OK, it's only been 2009 for a few hours, but those few hours were arguably better for the PS3. I don't care about the next 12 months, they're irrelevant. So 2009 = Year of the PS3.
Of course PS3 will win 2009. PS3 has the best games BY FAR in 2009. Wii will have the sales as usual and maybe some good games for a change in 2009. 2009 is like 2008, another year in favor of PS3.

LOL RROD? i don't remember hearing about that game, in fact i think no-ones heard of that game. Was it a release that went under the radar big time? And maybe by GS standards those games were flops, but plenty of people will testify that they loved either but i assume you are fully aware of this fact and are merely omitting it.
Beside how would someone consider 08 to be PS3 Year
I prefered the nice flow of AA titles everys month rather then getting a few bigger titles for the entire year

The PS3 had almost every game that came on Xbox 360 , except - Gears of War 2 and Fable 2 ... thats all that the PS3 didn't get...And what about Uncahrted, LBP, MGS 4 , R2 ,GT5P and all other multyplatform games.
