It's time to get a 360...

I don't understand this "360 has no games" bs. The 360 has about 150 more games than the PS3 because of it's early release and alot of those games never made it to the PC or PS3, do these games not count any more for some silly reason? Also, GeoW3 and Forza4 will be out this year so why don't they seem to count for anything? Jeez, the goofy fanboy logic in this forum is enough to make a dude go crazy sometimes!

Well, yeah. I think everyone should have a 360 at this point. Awesome exclusives and, console wise, the safest option for multiplats.

But I already have a 360, and I don't use it for multi-plats. I'm confused now.

I think it's less likely the next PlayStation will be BC with the PS3 since it would be a considerable cost to put the the PS3's Cell in it for hardware BC, whereas I think MS will be able to implement BC in the next Xbox a lot easier, one of the reasons I heard the Xbox was abandoned early and the Xbox 360 didn't have hardware BC was because MS made mistakes in how they contracted parts for the Xbox with their suppliers, it basically came to them not being able to negotiate lower the prices of the parts to the point the console price would drop, and would have been costly for them to put in the Xbox 360, but MS has already stated that the games on the Xbox 360 will be compatible with their next system (fingers crossed that's true)... anyhow, getting multiplats on the Xbox 360 sounds like a better investment if I want to play them on a next gen console as I really don't see it happening with the PS3 gameslamprey263

That is VERY true. M$ even claims "forward" compatibility. They've also signed the GPU contract with ATI insuring it's possible. I remember PS3 talking about their new GPU and it was with another company, not Nvidia. Of course things could change.

I have a PS3...and I'm tired of the watered down versions. Some games aren't even close man. Hell Bioshock 2 on PS3 is miles worse than even Bioshock 1 on 360. Don't kid yourself. 99% of games are better on 360 too. It's ridiculous. Even when a big game releases a year later on PS3 it isn't even as good. I'll keep my PS3 for exclusives because they obviously beat the dog stuff out of 360's, but that really isn't very many games when compared to multi-plats. I feel cheated nearly everytime a new "AAA" game releases. I've had both, so I can compare honestly... The difference is undeniable and the screens shots or even vids do not do the differences justice. Some games are close, too many big games aren't even close, and very rarely are they equals. It is annoyingly obvious in person.

I just don't like gaming on PC.Good for those who do because you guys get some sweet ass visuals, but it's not for me.

I have no reason to lie. Bought a 360 at launch. It died after 8 months.I threw it away. Bought another one 2 months later it was sent into repare 5x. They sent me a "replacement" and now its being sent in today when I get out. YES I have a 360 and regret ever giving MS my money. Great hardware last gen...Complete shlit this gen.
