IW developed COD or MW makes every other FPS game on the plaent WORTHLESS!!!!!!

It's a fun little arcade shooter, but ultimately it's too unrealistic and not tactical enough for my taste. The most fun I had with CoD4 was when Insurgency was waiting for critical patch and the whole community moved to CoD4 hardcore mode for a day :)

it's just taste, i personally am having more fun with bf43 but maybe that's just because of the newness of the game... i tend to like the games where everyone is the same and not what your loadout is...it's to hard to maintain balence when there are too many options

MW2 is FAR from the best shooter. It's overrated as hell. But it's still a fun game, i'll probably buy. But again, it dosn't compares to the big guys.

I played a crapload of CoD4, but got bored of it after playing the same old matches every single time.

I prefer BF as I prefer objective based matches. Search and Destroy didn't cut it for me.

i know theres no point in using any other perk besides like, juggernaut, or the increased bullet damage one. If you dont, you wont be able to kill anyone because it takes more bullets to put them down, and youll die in like one hit.VendettaRed07

I consistently run UAV and Dead Silence and am always at or near the top of match leaderboards. Stopping power and juggernaut are both annoying as well as Martyrdom and Last Stand, but if they don't see or hear you coming, it is all useless.

What are some better online FPS you ask? Team Fortress2, Counterstrike Source, Killzone2, Rainbow6:Vegas2, Battlefield 1943, Crysis Wars and Unreal 2k4 in my opinion.

LOL. I really disagree

1) I believe every game you listed after COD4 to be way better games....

2) I'll take HL2, Doom, Doom 2, Duke3d, Hexen, Heretic, Unreal, Unreal Tournament, Duke3d, Blood, Rise of The Triad, Quake 1 2 3, CS, CSS, All the Halo's, TF2, L4D, Battlefront, even KZ2!

Granted for some of the older games I mean they are superior for the time period they were released. Most people who never played Heretic at all would be hard pressed to say it's better then COD4 if they first played it today, lol.

I really don't get the fuss with COD4. The campaign was so short and scripted. I hate that the enemies are not only dumb as rocks, but just respawn at nausea until you cross a magic line. I hate that they all seem to focus on me despite I'm just an ordinary soldier in a squad......

I already voiced my complaints with the multiplayer but that is leagues better then the single player of COD4. People say Halo 2 is WAY overrated? I say COD4 stole that title.

I find that the experience meter deters teamwork. Everybody just wants to get the highest score they can, they don't actually want to win the matches.

When I used to play online I only played free-for-all, because it was the exact same experience except more enemies for me to kill = more exp.

Then I tried to go back to team deathmatch and I only found it annyoing seeing people with green names above their heads, who weren't doing anything useful for me. This game has 0 teamwork, which isn't always a bad thing but it gets old fast.

Infinity Ward definitely did a great job on Modern Warfare, but to call all other FPS's worthless is, in a way, inappropriate. People look for different things in FPS's so another FPS franchise may offer something that makes it more appealing to that said gamer than you. For example, I think Call of Duty 2 is one of the top games I have played, but there are plenty of others out there who saw it as a generic shooter.

Everyone has different tastes.
