Thompson recently referred to the upcoming Manhunt 2 as a "training device," which presumes that the game was created with the intent to teach those who play it how to kill people.

Lol :D. There is going to be 300,000 thousand murderers when this game hits stores.

we'll see the result at the launch of that game, If it sells 300.000 copies and in the next day we see 300.000 crimes then it definetly has to do with it!.

Seriously Rappers and Hip-Hopers have a bigger effect on teenagers than games and i've seen many teens trying to act like some rappers and dressing and even start commiting crimes just to be cool and get in jail and come out! and all that... I mean whats up with people ????!!!! GROW UP PEOPLE!!!

Will it come with a HOW TO KILL manual ? Cuz when you wanna kill somebody you might forget what you trained in the game and then you cant kill anybody!

I hope the game has a section on getting rid of evidence. I don't have a problem with the actual killing.

Maybe he is right. Maybe the rising level of violence and murder in the US is due to violent video games. I think we should all take Jack Thompson seriously as he represents a good wholesome Christian lifestyle and none of us should ever even think about such violent games. Anyone who disagrees with me should be brutally murdrered.

Rather than worry about video games how about getting rid of the guns? I have a gut feeling most shootings involve them.

Yes, but Jack Thompson is a complete w*****, so nobody actually cares about his uberbiased opinion anyway. I bet he would have campaigned for Viva Pinata to be banned, if he had the time.
