Wow, the 360 is doing well again but the most amazing thing is that the sales have actually risen!

Despite having a few dead weeks, its holding on, im starting to now truly believe that its not JUST the IU/ToV hype as those games are now long gone and have dropped quite a bit in sales

Lets pray that MS keep this up

Next week, LBP, the 80GB SKU and GTA 4 release, that should hopefully put an end to the disgusting slump the PS3 is going through. And WKC sometime after that.Floppy_Jim

Lastly WKC is coming out late December, before that the 360 will have Last Remnant. PS3 sales will pick up by the end of the year and be set a light with FF13, thats no brainer, the interesting thing is how MS are going to carry on the 360 surge

Ouch at Tenchu 4. I was convinced the PS2 user base had moved to the Wii when Fatal Frame 4 outsold its predecessors, but Tenchu 4 bombing leads me to believe otherwise. So confused about the whole situation in Japan right now. Arsuz

The problem is that Tenchu 4 is following a lot of bad sequels. People may not want to give the game a chance after that.

Well, you'd think that having the original team develop it would put back some trust in the franchise? Tenchu 3 did 100 something K in its first week. That's a huge difference.

But as you said with DMC, it sold well on the 360 (70k) but at the time it turned out to be the best selling PS3 game (300k), currently its third i think.

Depends which version is getting the most marketting, DBZ:BS bombed hard on the 360 but sold like crazy on the PS3 there

I'm surprised at the PSP's fall in sales. They still sold a lot, but it seems like the PSP-3000 is not going to have the same legs as the 2nd revision. Is it possible that Sony released a new revision too quickly after their last one?

Here if i sell 100 apples for $100 one quarter and lose $50 on them but next quarter I sell 150 apples for $250 but lose $25 on the sales. My revenue has gone up by %150 and my operating income is still -$25 but its improved, does that help?
