Japan Gets Xbox 360 Last Remnant Bundle

if this was a GeOW2 bundle, dang, us cows gotta admit defeat in console sales this year.

i really doubt that this bundle will help M$ though.

Anyway, why do you think Last Remnant will do poorly in NA? Lost Odyssey did pretty good in NA.

Usually your right, but do you remember when Gears released in Japan on a much smaller user base? It was in the top 5 at one point, and in the top 10 for a few weeks.

Actually GeoW would (is) sell alot of software, not push consoles.

Right, and then you look at the subsequent new IPs that were released after Blue Dragon and they couldn't replicate the success. Look at Lost Odyssey, Eternal Sonata, and Infinite Undiscovery.

Well, it's definitely possible, but I don't think it'll happen. Only way to find out is wait for the game to release and see the sales afterwards. That's what I like about sales. They are concrete facts and not opinions :)

Well, it can always fall back in sales... but it's been outselling the PS3 the last few weeks and even for the entire month of September I think. So that's a "crack" in the armor of Japan. If they can keep pushing that crack might just burst open completely.

But then again, Sony can come out swinging with RPGs and slim models and Japanese advertising and knock the 360 back down... but who knows.

yeah it is not the first time it out sold the ps3 is is because of those bundles
