DS continues it domination despite the fact that everybody is Japan must already have 1 of every colour by now.

Wii still selling superb and PS3 picking up a little.

Looks as though 360 is slowly returning from short lived high of terrible sales back to its comfort zone of abysmal sales.

Or a distinct lack of targeted games and the sequal to a console which held no interest to them.

I don't see how the 360 can possibly end up being the biggest seller this gen overall with sales that bad in one of the major markets?

On another note - what exactly are Japanese people doing with all those DS?  Are they building houses using them instead of bricks or something?  Amazing sales!  :D

Yes but Japanese gamers have a lot more faith in the Playstation brand than the Xbox. Considering the last console didn't have a single JRPG for its entire lifespan it is hardly surprising.

Oh I forgot about that. I can't believe Xbox didn't have at least one Jrpg. I heard Square is making a Jrpg MMO for the 360 that isn't based on Final Fantasy.

Yeah the 360 has a lot more Japanese targetted games. Problem is there is so much negative sentament towards the 360 because of the Xbox, Microsoft has a lot of work to do to win back hearts and minds.
