Pretty good review. He gives 3/5 to the PS3 version and 2/5 to the 360 version. Nice to see him stay classy and non-bias. Fair review as usual.

Should be noted that he's not at Giant Bomb. He's at Screened.com with Matt Rorie. He sometimes pops in to do guest reviews though.

No, Greg had left before Jeff, he got a job at some game company. Other around Jeff's time were Alex Navarro, Ryan Davis, Jason Ocampo.

Lol, I think some people called him "the voice of Gamespot" back then. He had a pretty cool voice.

Looks like a good rent. I watched YT video earlier and the shooting/gunplay and sound effects are freaking awesome. And the mp has some good ideas and def looks fun. I wish games like this would catch on with the major mp crowd.

Alex is one of the best reviewers I know of at just plain writing, probably even better than the GB guys. I actually read his Madden 11 review even though I have no interest in Madden simply because he's a great writer.

Normally, I'd say Jeff isn't really qualified to review it, after what the first game did to his career, but then again, in that very same instance, he also proved that nothing would make him lose his reviewer integrity. It's a fair review, as usual, coming from Giant Bomb. enterawesome

That was actually a VERY good review.

That issue the 360 version has with it pausign for 3 seconds when you shoot though looks TERRIBLE.

Well, i never really liked his reviews, i only go to GB to read Brad and Ryan reviews, but this one, wasn't that bad.

The beginning of the video review subtly brings up his review for the first one haha

I believe its been unofficially confirmed behind closed doors. And while Jeff Gertsmann himself never made any official statements, if you've followed him since the incident, he's hinted at it and pretty much said so on multiple occasions, just not officially.

Also, why do you think the most of his friends in the Gamespot staff decided to quit too? If these rumors were false, Jeff would have already asked for the rumors to stop.
