judging from this metroid prime 3 pic! is this a upgrade or down grade?

Ok then it looks better. I wasn't trying to bash the game? Just giving an opinion

you can tell it's the same Boss. Environment is the same in both shots. And imo, the new one looks much better

Tehy look kinda the same...but the lighting is different and possible sharper in the first one. But that's probably because it's a pic taken off a TV.GanonBuRAP

You can see the model was modified. The head is different(kinda Alien looking in the new one). Light on the shoulders is different, new one is round, old one is more oval. And the level of details/textures on the new one is much greater.

i think its safe to say, that the older images and trailer could of been from the gamecube dev kit maybe? either way this is what polish wii games could look like, if devs actually spend time on the hardware, instead of rushing. Rahnyc4

I think this is probably about what the limits of the wii are, graphically, assuming that the previews of larger, open worlds is accurate. That's fine by me, this level of graphics is what I accepted when I bought the wii.GunSmith1_basic

you are very correct. Everyone cares about graphics, and sheep are sad that they dont have the same quality. But, they also know that they like Nintendo titles, so its either... play Nintendo titles, or be ignorant and only care about graphics. I think the fans of nintendo are right to keep playing Nintendo titles if the truely enjoy them. :)

ya...agreed. Something is strange with that one. It doesn't seem to have depth...lol

I was drunk and bought a wii due to the hype + had money. It has been a dissapointment till now. I bought re4 wii, already beat on gc but this feels like a whole new game. I think the wii will shine with shooters. I have 14 hrs in the game in 2 days, It took 2 weeks to get that many hours on the zelda tp bore fest. I have changed my mind about the wii, the control is not a gimmic a gimmic does not make games better. Sorry sheep for the bashing, I have a wii60 and think most people will. Prime 3 looks better than any gc game I can recall, hopefully after this game it will set a standered for games and we wont get anymore spiderman 3s. Sheep maybe you shouldnt down play graphics so much if all games can look like mp3 or better why settle for anything less?supermanfarr
