Just curious as to how many M$ people have moved to Sony (POLL)

Just curious, this isn't a I hate M$ thread or is a poll-jocking Sony thread, i just see a lot of i hate M$ topics and a whole bunch of HALO ODST is worth it!

I just want a human discusion, not a bash war. (Even though i can hear the laughs now at people thinking a mature conversation on SW but i still have hope :) )

I did but none of your poll choices apply to me. And I never considered my choice of console a matter of allegiance to a faction.

My xbox could fail a million times, but I'm still going to choose it over the ps3, and apparently there are a lot of gamers who agree with me. Makes you wonder what's wrong with the ps3 when we'd still rather have a system that's probably going to crap out on us.

This comment is'nt intended as an expression of my unquestioning love for one console over the other but the bolded part may indicate a problem not quite related to the ps3.

I feel the same way, the 360 is just a better gaming experience. My PS3 was a waste of money but at least I get good DVD upscaling and fast Blu-ray menus.

I sold my 360 about a year ago. I had the RRoD twice, but the reason I sold my 360 was that I never used it. It had no good exclusives that interested me. I do still have a PC, PS3 and Wii.

Well yes millions of people have decided to keep there xbox's to the end, i'm not one of them i just was curious as to how many customers M$ is losing.

Iam just curious because losing customers because of faulty hardware is never good whether it's one two or thirty customers.

I bought an Xbox long ago (in fact, two of them). Halo CE : is my all time favortie game. When I heard about halo 3 and the new 360, I was exctied. After reading reviews and owner reports, I kept waiting for MS to fix the 360's problem. After a couple of years, I knew I could never trust a 360 not to fail, and quite possibly fail multiple times.

6 months ago, I bought a PS3. I've been very happy with it. Plenty of good games for me to play. I like the Wireless, blue-ray, superb upconverting of DVDs, Online play is great. Oh yes, I will not pay $50.00 a year to play online.

The 360 has a great game library. I simply refuse to buy anything that has such shoddy engineering. So I will never play halo 3 or odst. I'll get over it.

What part of three year warranty is not satisfying?

I have both systems. I only use PS3 for it's exclusives.

The part where it craps out and you have to turn it in for repairs I guess.

I never really switched I've owned both consoles for like 4 years now. I played my 360 a lot earlier on but now I never touch my 360 and play my ps3 almost every day. I guess I just switch between the two. Honestly I prefer my ps3 more because it is just more reliable and the 360 has let me down so many times with hardware failures. I just feel like everytime I play the 360 it could die at any moment so I avoid it. I might even sell the thing because I never play it anymore.

I chose a ps3 slim over a 360. I'm probably never going to get a 360, since my computer can run mass effect, gears, and left 4 dead which are the only 360 exclusives that interest me. The only other reason I'd get a 360 is to play my friends online, but a lot of my 360 owning friends don't pay for live anymore, so it sort of defeats the purpose. Awhile ago, I had some extra money. I almost bought a 360, but I ended up buying a dsi instead. I don't regret it really, since I really like nintendo's exclusive games.

Don't get me wrong, the 360 is a great system and it has a great library. I personally would much rather play wii/ps3's exclusives over 360's exclusives. I personally think the system wars between ps3 and 360 are idiotic, since there is so much overlap in the systems' library.

I'm gonna go with, I just hate you. I can't say I have any feelings one way or the other about MS, though I have a number of issues with Sony. I still purchased the product though and enjoy the PS3, despite these issues. But it hasn't hampered my usage/enjoyment of my 360 in the slightest.

I just sold my 360 Pro and bought slim just because I really love to play Uncharted series.
