Just finished the RE5 demo and I must say this: RE5=EPIC!!!!

This game has to be one of the best looking if not the best looking game on the xbox 360. The gameplay is very solid and plays similarily to RE4. The controls are good but I didn't like the default controls so I changed it to Type C controls where you are able to strafe left and right instead of turning. All in all this game is shaping up to be great and I can't wait for it to come out! Day 1 purchase for me!!!

I downloaded all 5 parts, put them in a folded and extracted with winrar. Burned the content folder to a disc and put in my 360 and the disc said mixed media. I went into my demos and it wasn't there. Am I doing something wrong? white_sox

I am still kinda meh about it. It looks really good, and i really like the in-your-face gameplay... But ... wheres the gore?! Blood splatters when you shoot a zombie, but where is the wound?! You shoot a guy in his chest, blood squirts out... but yet his shirt remains completely unscathed? not even a blood spot? For everything they did in this game, the least they could have done is real-time wounds. (that is to say, you shoot a guy, and you actually cause a bullet hole) I don't get it. You step on a zombies head, and it smooshes like an egg shell, yet you shoot a guy in the arm, and it just causes him to flinch? I really don't think this is too much to ask from a RE game, where gore and horror are key elements. There isn't even blood splatters on the ground or anything! Its like the creatures blood just evaporates! -_- Maybe i'm just being too picky, but I'd really expected more :/ That being said, it still looks pretty good. If they add more gore, It would be a MUST BUY for me.0rin

The bullets not leaving wounds or at least some kind of blood stains on the shirts is also a negative for me. I haven't actually played the demo but this was a concern for me ever since I watched some of the first gameplay videos. This is something that should be very possible especially since its done so pretty well in L4D.
