Killzone 2 E3 08 MP Trailer

Killzone 2 to me looks good I now have ps3 to may get it, But too bad Ps3 has like the worst controller for FPS.

Killzone 2 is alot of things but it is NOT unique

Tell me another FPS on consoles that lets you customize character c1asses. And within those c1asses there are nice special abilities for the badges you pick with specialized weapons. It's a unique twist on the TF2 c1ass system.

I'm not saying it's 100% innovative, but it's definitely unique and is not "run of the mill". There's no denying that.

Who said I am a cow? I like all three consoles, but FFXIII NEVER interested me. I do not like playing as female characters (I am dead serious) and I don't like turn based . Just look at my posting history, and you will see how excited I am about gears of war...

That's still the premise. Not the gameplay or features.

Plus I like the Helghast :(. Very menacing and cool advesaries IMO. No sci-fi game's premise is unique really. It's almost always about an alien invasion and man kind's struggle to fight them off. Story along with the gameplay within the premise is what's unique (for any game of this kind).

Do you mean "accessible"? I'm not understanding you. It's not simple enough for you to get into :?. You only like shooters like Halo and Gears? They are more accessible games that can be both hardcore and casual friendly. Simple and great fun, I understand that.

But in the end you can't say KZ2 will be a let down. How do you know?

LMAO 99.9% of movie stories that come out now for movies or gms were done back in the 60s,70s80s90s.The good movies and games use some elements of clinch stories but make it into there own.The make u connect with the characters and create and great enviroments.I have played both GOEW and kz1 and imo kz story is in terms of characters,feel,enviroment,diolague is better.(imo)

with every news/info/vids that are shown, i am getting more and more interested in KZ2... its also funny seeing haters (who dont even own a PS3) jumping in threads when there is KZ2 mentioned in the topic...

But its tc's fault cause they should create such topics in the PS3 forums not on SW...

Hardly any actual footage. Compare it to the 4-5 mins non stop footage on GoW2.

It looks OK, but if you do any video editing, you can make anything look good with a few low shots, pans, funky music etc. We need to see more.

There are primary badges and secondary badges. Basically what players can do is mix and match badges. Creating a character to fit your playstyle.

Example: I can pick a primary badge from the Scout class and a secondary badge from the Medic class. And my character will have the respective traits of each badge. Or you could be simple and straightforward and just pick both badges from the same class.

All sounds awesome to me :). A unique twist on the class/perk system. I wonder if they'll have a leveling system.
