So now all of a sudden a dev team supporting its game is a bad thing? And then yall go on and act like they should just basically give them away, yall crack me up. I mean cod4 release 2 maps for $10 bucks and that was it, really no patches to fix hit detection or the crazy lag, and dropped matches. I mean the host migration really never works so games get dropped or parties get dropped. While GG is charging what $5.99 for 2 maps and consistantly updating the game through patches, and I should say patches that the players ask for, GG devs are constantly in the forums over at Killzone.com asking and looking for input for KZ2. Something to this day I haven't seen by any other dev team.
But GG is keeping a good steady flow of maps and yall get upset. The difference is that cod series uses match making that requires you to have those maps or forces those maps to be used. While KZ2 is set up just like most pc fps's where you have server listings and when you have that your at the mercy of the guys setting up the games and which maps they like playing. The second map pack gets alot of play time on KZ2, and by looking at this new map pack I see it also having alot of play time. So really its whether the maps are good or not if you get to play them alot, unlike cod4 where people just vote against maps to only get to the next map inwhich no one likes lol.
If you don't want the maps then don't get them. But if they are good, you'll prolly start running into those maps and not be able to play a whole lot. But thats your decsion, but by no means say that its horrible for GG to keep putting out new maps thats just crazy. Oh yea the game is up to 14 maps now :)
