but yes i agree Halo 3 and 2 are going to be generic, but Halo 1 isnt since it set the standerd for a console FPS

Yeah i also hope the AI is more like Halo 1, sure Halo 2 had not bad AI, but it just seemed the same every time i played through it.......

No..sorry but the trailer looks like garbage in every area except model detail. The horrible environment textures on virtually every surface are what jumps out the most, along with the mediocre lighting system, which looks like it could've been used in a game from a year or two ago.

It doesn't even look better than many of the UE3 games, much less the E3 2005 trailer. I know it'll improve graphically over time, but I'm quite unimpressed with how it looks right now.

No. I said the trailer was disappointing, graphically, in all areas except character model detail. And that the lighting system is mediocre at best. Even current games (STALKER, for example) are miles ahead in lighting detail.

I know it's an early build of the game, but I don't understand why people think this trailer is impressive graphically. It simply isn't (not in my eyes anyways.)

I went back and looked at it a couple of times and well...... when you look at it in detail it is kinda well....not as good as i expected
