Really? In all honesty, I thought original maps were much better than DLC maps. Salamun Market and Pyrrhus rise were great.

The train one was awesome, i had a lot of fun sniping people when the would jump to the other side lol.

The announcers are .. well, they are worse than they were in KZ2. And even worse than that is they same the SAME EXACT THINGS. Why not change the script around a LITTLE to add at least SOME kind of unique sound. Other than that, the game looks about the same as KZ2 in respect to how the game is played. Classes, Set guns, set abilities, etc. which is kinda a downer, I was hoping for at least SOME customization to our weapons. :/ Oh well. I won't lie. I really loved KZ2, but my hype for KZ3 actually kinda went down after watching this. I'll wait for them to confirm weather guns will be customizable or not, but honestly, if it's just KZ2 with a couple added gimmicks like jetpacks and mech suits, no thanks. Looks very nice...i like lightning and post pricessing filters giving that movie like look.....textures are pretty poor tho.

Damn this game looks good! Everything about the aesthetics and presentation to the feedback. I don't want to be in the beta, but I hope those that are in have fun and help the game to become the best it can be by launch :). Killzone Trey inbound!

The announcers are .. well, they are worse than they were in KZ2. And even worse than that is they same the SAME EXACT THINGS. Am i missing something? I thought the announcers in killzone 2 were quite good actually. But they better get some new announcers before killzone 3 releases.

You can mod guns.

From what I've seen so far, you can add different sights to the weapons (reflex, etc...)

It does feel closer to cod than kz2 did. The heavy feeling has been lightened but the controls are tighter and more responsive.

the bodies dont do that in killzone2 multiplayer, there's no ragdolls so the enemy's fall down so crappy.

This game sounds scary. The pounding on the walls and the way the gun sounds (even the same gun) are muzzled differently is amazing. The sounds dont just change according to the room but it seems to change according to where you are in the room....insane. Call me crazy

I forgot to mention the sound! There's a reason KZ2 won "Best Sound Design" at Gamespot in 2009. Killzone 3 is utilizing a HDR audio system, which allows the game to dynamically focus the audio depth of field. The sound in Bad Company 2 is an example of this.

Well thats what im saying...with that weighty feel animations seemed better IMO.This one look great but game is bit faster paced with less weighty feeling so that takes it away a bit IMO.

according to people in beta the wieghty feel is there just dead zone is removed with delay

There is customizable weapons with scopes, sights, etc, etc

Man, the game is looknig phenominal, and it seems they have removed alot of the blur in the game, even the blur they purposely applied to the back of the KZ2 weapon models... (applied in KZ2 for the "CGI-like" look). Maybe now lemmings can stop reffering KZ as Blurzone :roll:

Looks better than the final code of Reach, and this is only the KZ3 alpha code. Looks like it might control easier than KZ2 as well, which was the main gripe about it.

That doesn't make sense... you can play matches using the entire terrain with as a single map. I did that last night with some friends.

Its all loaded together as a single map. When you are selecting a map for an MP match, Forge world is one of the option. Its divided in 5 because it would be TOO big otherwise, again, bigger than anything on Killzone.

Levels look great. I love that big generator thing.

Looks so slow though. God. I hope I can turn the sensitivity up (and passed the max of KZ2).

Also, seems the bullet/kill lag is still there. Check out the last sniper headshot @ 9:40. There's a definite delay there. Freaking lame.

inb4 "bullets take a while to travel to the target." If you check the first shot the sniper makes when he misses, the spark on the wall is instantaneous. The kill/chirp however is not. There's an obvious delay.

i starting to worry, killzone 3 looks more like CoD every day...

i still dont see people knifing you from 5 feet away, i still dont see anyone in last stand, i dont see anyone using one man army to refill noobtubes, but it does look like it takes less bullets to kill someone, which i dont mind. these are a few things i hate about mw2, but i'll admit it, i still play mw2 once a week. i dont like the points popping up in the middle of the screen though.
