i wish games would stop trying to be "da grapicz king" and actually become a deeper more complex form of entertainment like books or movies tbh games are good enough looking these days, just look at minecraft on the pc, its one of the ugliest games ever but is actually a great game

The graphics king threads are beyond annoying, but this game is absolutely friggin' gorgeous. Just wow. Don't see how anyone could honestly say otherwise.

I'm not attacking the PS3, but one thing I've noticed about its exclusives is that they seem to depend on good graphics to make their games instead of gameplay.

I agree. Why does the geometry on that barrel look so wonky? Gonna get flames but most PC graphics to me look unrealistic. Detailed, yes. But objects don't look like they have much weight.

not really. i have played stalker (the first one)and i think the game is good. but super monotonous color wise. Plus KZ is not brown. Stalker on the other hand looks bad even on PC. You better off using another game such as crysis, Metro 2033or total war because stalker does not help your argument. The game is flat out ugly.

Looks good but there are a lot of upcoming games that match it. Surely doesnt blow anything out of the water.

Looks good, maybe even console graphics king...but not THE king. Crysis still holds that crown (and while Metro 2033 sits as his right-hand man :P)
