They should be familier with the system by now, they only took that long with KZ2 is because it was their first game on the system but with that being done im pretty sure they'v learned how to deal with it and develope it fast, their great developers, will see soon i guess

Even developer that knows how to make games takes a while. Hell, it takes Infinity Ward two years to rehash Call of Duty.

Killzone 2 was released 2/19/09 I believe. The Killzone 3 site is slated for 10/8/10. If KZ3 comes out October 8th or a month-or-two after, it would be more than a year and a half in development, not having to create a new engine for the game (maybe a buff, though).

GG has made it obviously apparent that they started work on KZ3 once KZ2 hit shelves, so a 1 year and 10 months in development is NOT rushed...especially if Epic can manage to make Gears of War 2 in two years time.

Agreed. Anyone complaining about the controls need to get off their Call of Duty fad, and LEARN to handle the controls. My 12 year old brother-in-law thought KZ2 multiplayer was just alright at first, but now he's a beast, and says it's one of his favorite FPS' (and he's a PC gamer... O_o).

Looking forward to some Zone Trey news :). The rumors say it could release this year. Not sure if I really want it to, but if its ready (and is the game GG wants it to be) then good.

KZ2 is a day one buy for me, i hope is 2x times better than KZ2. An PLEASE include split-sccreen or co-op

Meh, I don't care. I played the demo of Killzone 2 and it was very fun, seems like an exceptional shooter. But I haven't played KZ2 and won't for a while so I could care less at the moment.

But since I enjoyed the demo it's nice to know it's going to be continues.
