Nope.Game looks like bargain bin material, like Crysis 2 or Perfect Dark Zero. >Chuubby
Looks better than Crysis 3 though.SpeedzillaNope.
Good looking generic fps. I still would play this over any CoD released this gen gameplay wise.silversix_This as well.
LOL Generic FPS > Nintendoland[QUOTE="blackgamer1213"][QUOTE="Chuubby"]
Game looks like bargain bin material, like Crysis 2 or Perfect Dark Zero. Level Design, Soundtrack Story, Guns, Setting and Characters all looked flat out terrible and very generic, I wasn't sure if I was watching a next gen COD game or Killzone 4 at first.

Sanim? Who is that? You know what I apologize. Excuse my outburst let's exchange contacts and play some nintendo lands with our Mii's!!! It'll be so fun, playing in a colorful land full of Nintendo with no characters just our MII"S!!!! I'm so excited!!! Yay Nintendo.I think the game looks great from what they showed but I could nt help think back when Killzone 2 was shown for the very first time and how it was not at all what was shown when released,I will wait and see what the final game looks like before I fall for that again!

Is not like Halo or every other FPS out there is less generic than Killzone...
Halo isn't generic. Well, at least Halo 1 to Reach isn't, and that's simply because it was the trendsetter, not the trend follower.[QUOTE="blackgamer1213"][QUOTE="Chuubby"]Sanim? Who is that? Gameplay is typical boring KZ nonsense, but it does look awesome. I wouldn't get a ps4 for it thought.

Actually Halo is quite unique in that many levels are big and you can choose to go on foot or vehicle. Killzone is basically Cod with a cover system. The game doesn't have THAT vehicle variety, I'm guessing your just a sony fanboy, HL2 is the best game ever made along with the first Crysis.[QUOTE="faizan_faizan"][QUOTE="Vatusus"]
Yes, I have. So some vehicle sections and a gravity gun makes it not a generic FPS? nope
I still liked it though, even if it still didnt do anything groundbreaking
Vatusus
Nope. I actually liked HL2 more than any Killzone. Its still a generic FPS
HL2 still felt like a corridor shooter from the 90s, the non-generic fps I can think of is Portal...[QUOTE="Vatusus"][QUOTE="mems_1224"]Its always looked like a generic FPSCranler

Even these days, no FPS game plays like it even though Halo 4 borrowed some stuff from CoD. I mean, I guess space marine vs aliens is a pretty generic premise but almost everything is generic if you boil it down to its basic components[QUOTE="Vatusus"][QUOTE="mems_1224"]Its always looked like a generic FPSCranler

[QUOTE="mems_1224"]Its always looked like a generic FPShardmicroI bet you think you are witty or clever with your pathetic little one liners Fact is, you are consistently one of the worst posters on this site Your whole playstation hating shtick is getting old Grow up Glad I get under your skin so much. Lets me know Im doing a great job. Maybe if Sony released something worth playing I wouldn't crap on the POS3 so much.
Zombie co-op FPS with AI director that changes the zombie encounters based on how well you're doing? One of the best examples of procedural narrative? Definitely not generic.[QUOTE="AAllxxjjnn"]
[QUOTE="Vatusus"]L4D isnt generic? 0_oWasdie
Does it have guns and is in the first person? If yes, then it's generic. Â <-- Hardocre gamer logic.
Isn't that like saying if an RPG has suits of armor and a sword, it's considered generic. If every JRPG has cartoony characters and turn-based gameplay, it's also considered generic?

Yet you continue to play the same old rehashed , boring, and generic Gears and Halo sequels one after another So its like shut your mouth already you lying lemtroll You were looking forward to Halo 4 after all, so you have no right to ever call any other game generic! But believe me I dont give a flying rats ass about you You are a random, nobody, basement dwelling, psychotic, lemming troll on the internet who spends more time talking about playstation exclusives then anything else And thats says it all You talk more about playstation exclusives then anything else, so Sony is doing something right Because Sony is on your mind 24/7 in fact Here is the thing, your one liners are generic, Bottom line, get it through your thick skull that no one cares about your "opinions" or what you have to say, so do the world a favor, go off yourself, and rid this world of one less delusional xbot

The thing that makes Halo unique is it's universe not some lame feature set or in the same breath I can say the same thing for Killzone...or at least Killzone 2. This new killzone well, if someone told me it was the new bioshock for next gen consoles I'd beleive it. Â
Killzone as a whole isn't generic like idiot fanboys like to suggest, however this new killzone seems (at least from what we have seen) to have lost it's identity somewhat. Â
when I think of killzone I envision something like this..
not this
kind of looks like crysis 2.3
Generic talk. I haven't seen a game which feels like Killzone 2 since it released, not on pc, not on 360, not on ps3. And because Killzone 4 is similar to Killzone 2 it seems to be labeled generic? This is like saying you created something, then, you created a better version of it, and your generic for taking something already existing. As far as I see, Killzone 4 is bringing back some weight like Killzone 2, a great thing in my opinion as I personally loved the weighty feel of Killzone 2 and haven't found a decent shooter to replace it yet. Still funny that everyone has called Killzone games generic, yet they can instantly pick out a Killzone game from the rest, whether from its enemy design, level design, weapon design, multiplayer modes, weighty feel, or impressive graphics. It seems the only way to not be unanimously generic is to be on pc. In every thread I enter saying this, I ask which games feel like Killzone 2, because I am really interested in playing it, yet I never get a reply. So please System Warriors, inform me.bloodlust_101is it really (that would be great) from what I've seen tho everything looks hi-speed and arcady, I couldn't tell at all from the video outside of the time slow-mo feature they added...
