Go watch the trailer and say that, Sure it might be a bad game like KZ1, but it has good graphics and you can't deny that. Artstyle, Amount of things on screen, Lighting, Shadows and special effects are all excelent. But yea, The textures arn't so great.

Firstly, you know nothing of Killzone's plot so it isn't wise to make such an assumption about the content of the game. Secondly those things won't prevent a game from being generic....

*I personally think Halo is quite generic, but it doesn't matter to the overall experience of gameplay. I don't sit there thinking "boo this is generic let's play some Timeshift I can stop time omgomgomgomg"*.

I only posted that to show how a blanket statement about a game being generic means nothing. Finally, wasn't Halo 2's ending considered a flop of epic proportions? I honestly thought they forgot to pack the rest of it in but y'know. Games end.

I was just mimicing his post style, I thought it would be evident I was being sarcastic especially with the ":/" at the end.

Personally, I love Halo. I'm currently enjoying Halo 2's multiplayer far more than any other 360 games *despite the people online, worst community ever* and after playing in the beta through Crackdown I personally can't wait for Halo 3.

Especially the co-op aspect with my friends. I only played with two people on one 360 during the Halo 3 beta once, and it was the best game I had. Can''t wait for the entire thing tbh. Highground FTW, Snowbound FTW. I'm a shotgun whore at heart.

I just need something to get the stigma of Gears away from my 360.

1. Bullcrap. If you knew anything about KZ, then you would know that the franchise started BEFORE the X360 was even launched! It has a totally different storyline as well, and a more futuristic setting. It's based on one rogue planetary nation against another, unlike Gears.

2. What? MGS4 is going to be rated as a 15, and it's most certainly not for children.

Also I never said that a violent game makes it good, but you seem to be insinuating that one that isn't - or isn't as violent as others in the same genre is considered crap. Because the basis for your argument against MGS4 is;

"MGS4 is a childrens game"

I don't know what kind of games you would consider for children but MGS clearly isn't one of them, especially with the storyline.

Plus you've nothing supporting you saying MGS4 will flop.

Gameplay? the first one HAD NO GAMEPLAY .. it was a mindless 1 way bullet-grind with no quirks except character swapping ... which wasnt even forced on you.....

The first time Gray Fox killed a bunch of soldiers and left them through a corridor I had to leave the room - remember I was a little kid and had never seen anything like that. The visuals along with the audio really did a number on me then.

Watching Meryl get shot was terrible too, I would not say I was disturbed but it wasn't exactly a pleasant experience. But now I'm completely desensitized to violence and most gore. I'm 17 now, so it' understandable. ;D
