PCs are definintely more powerful. Heck even my pc is more powerful than the ps4. but none of that will matter. the power in the pc platform is not really used efficiently. ps4 exclusives will again be some of the best looking games around, minus the higher resolution, framerate and anti aliasing on pc games.
Killzone Sf already looks as good as high end pc games like crysis 3 and it is an unfinished launch game. we have not even seen much from it yet.
