You're missing my point, people say Ryse can't compete with KZ due to it being 900p, yet here you are comparing a 900p game to a 1080p game.

PC gamers are still in denial that their BF games which are cross gen games really, got destroyed by a true nextgen game. It's sad to see they can't objectively appreciate the amount of technical features in SF. It has Area lights for every light sources, more advanced volumetric lights, screen space reflection that are "ray traced", vast scale, high poly models and high res textures throughout, shadow casting muzzle flash and all are missing in any of the Battlefield games. Instead hermits turn a blind eye and keep pretending a pc game always looks better. Even when asked for proofs they still fail to deliver so, I have lost respect for you.

Is BF4 on PS4 close to the max?

PS4 - BF4 = 1600x900, High settings, 60fps

MY PC - BF4 = 2560x1440, Ultra settings, 80fps

I don't think so... not to mention that as the gen progress the gap will increase even more.

KZ looks great but it doesn't stand up to BF4 running at max.

This game really is a beauty to look at. One does not need to cherry pick any all.

Unfortunately I can't provide that, as the PS4 has not yet been launched in the UK therefore I don't have mine yet and I don't own BF4.

It's definitely the console graphics king. Nothing out there on consoles touches it, it's amazing that it is just a launch title and it already looks so good. Makes you wonder what later PS4 games will look like.

Killzone has very nice graphics because the developers sacrifice making an actual decent, enjoyable game for graphical fidelity every single time.

As all of the reviews are saying, it's a dull game which just drags you down a path of shiny graphics with nothing of real interest to do while you're moving through it. They genuinely think people will be sat there saying LOOK AT THE GRAPHICS! for the duration of the whole game and be happy at that.

Other games will never reach that same standard of graphical fidelity, but there'll be actual gameplay mechanics taking up resources rather than the same series of dull point and shoot scenarios over and over again.

Meh, I'm having a lot of fun with the game. Nothing dull about the MP and campaign so far. I really don't know what some of the reviewers were smoking to be honest. I wouldn't trust the reviewers if I was you, better to try the game out first and see if you like it, you just might.

I played 2 and 3. I enjoyed the multiplayer of 2 but the campaign was garbage. 3 the campaign was even worse and the multiplayer was tuned towards COD.

I wont be buying shadowfall. By the time I get a PS4, if ever, I imagine there'll be much better games available.

GG are the Crytek of the console world, they make very pretty games and that's pretty much it.

Fair enough. I owned KZ2 and KZ3, Shadowfall is easily better than those two combined. The campaign demolishes KZ2 and KZ3's poor campaign and the 60fps and DS4 really make the multiplayer come alive. The reviewers were definitely wrong for giving this game a 7 on GS. If anything this game deserves a 9 and the 7 should have been given to KZ3.

Please stop posting crappy looking, highly compressed gifs that destroy the graphics of this amazing looking game.

I love how they think KZ character models are good. They are a step back. But a blink cow will still sit here and hype mediocre graphics on a piss poor game. I don't get it.

You must be new. Resolution has nothing to do with how well the art work is done. If Minecraft is in 1080p will it look better than BF3 in 720p? No, the core is what makes it look beautiful.

I'm not seeing a big difference here. I'm not saying Shadowfall looks better, but the fact that its even close is very impressive for such a small box that only puts out 150w of heat.

That first gif is a cutscene. In fact I'm sure a few of them are.

Right off the bat, even in singleplayer I can see from those screens numerous objects completely missing in the PS4 version. I took a screen of my own of that same level (though earlier on) and there were also missing objects in it. That's singleplayer too. Multiplayer is known to have even worse graphics on PS4.

Please, I have preordered my PS4...but my Modded Skyrim on my 680GTX looks waaaaaay better and runs at 50fr/sec.
