GG can always make up a story about Rico being court-martialed and being put into cryogenic sleep and then being awakened when trouble brews in the future. There's been a number of action flicks with that theme.
I for one wants to gouge Rico's eyes as well.
He got in my way far too many times in KZ3.

If he exist at all in this time period, he would be for the most part an old man who is working behind the desk. Fingers crossed they may give the option to gouge his eyes out, also i wonder why some people still compare this franchise to Halo, they have nothing in common both in theme and presentation

Long ago, around the time of KillZone 1's launch, the game was touted as a 'Halo Killer'. Guerrilla didn't even say it, but a lot of XBox die-hards, to this day, just don't let it go. The two are just intrinsically entwined and I don't even know if the people doing it still even know why.[QUOTE="megaspiderweb09"][QUOTE="jun_aka_pekto"]

Halo looks more pop fiction sci-fi in comparison to Killzones near reality gritty tale of war. I guess the 'Halo Killer' tag would remain as a cross the franchise has to carry for a long time, also with Shadowfall, i get a vibe that the shown protagonist Shadow Marshall Keller has some Master Cheif Spec Ops thingy going on, but if the Shadow Marshall Lugar from the first Killzone is anything to go by, he would just remain spec ops
Have i ever mentioned how colorful this game looks? im seriously getting itnerested by how amazing it looks, remind me of Final Fantasy

Word! Those were my exact thoughts when I first saw it during Sony's conference. Killzone gameplay mixed with a Final Fantasy XIII theme.
About time, played about 77% of the time as HGH online and was hoping they made it possible somewhere down the line.
Awesome if true, always wanted a Helghast campaign. Hope they won't screw it up if they add it in.kweeniSame here I hope it is great. The Helghast are the face of the series so why shouldn't we be allowed to play as them.
I don't care about this games campaign. At this point it could only be interesting with what it does with its multiplayer. jg4xchamptrue, I hope they go back to 32 instead of 24. KZ3 added new stuff like environmental dangers, jet packs, and Mechs. But KZ2's 32 player count made things much more like a "kill zone".
Hopefully the game goes the Battlefield route. KZ would be amazing and would actually work as a BattleField style multiplayer.
The engine of this game is the hate between these two sides, I realized of this situation on Killzone 2's multiplayer, the fight is brutal and very fun.
ISA is boring but have its fans, but the Helghast are amazing, their uniforms, weapons, attitude and spirit. Im a big fan of Killzone series, not for the stupid ISA, only for the amazing helghast army.
