And this is good why? It would make them focus even less on getting more games for the core audience and more on pleasing the kinect casuals.

I don't work for microsoft so I don't care how much it sells. The fact is, it can't play games. Period. Kinect is complete trash.

It will definitely demolish Move sales, MS is going to unload money in advertisements.

It will not even be hard to beat Sony Moves launch look at IGN and Xplay they both trashed Move and it's launch games. Even said the Move is not that precise nor accurate. And for the past year all we heard how Move was going to be so accurate and precise not looking that way.

Kinext launch games look to be way better

I played the Kinect at the Minnesota State Fair and heres what I got out of it.

1. The technology is very precise and I am happy to report it works very well.Anytime I moved my arms/legs/head/d body it would react accordingly.

2. The game I played was Kinect adventures, which was very lame. It was the type of causual crap they put out for the first 6 months.

3. It was exciting enough for me to want to buy Kinect and hope better games are made in the future.

One of its main fetures can't be used by those that don't speak english. Move's international sales will be higher.

And how will it matter who wins? Both are going to tank miserably regardless. But hey, lets get all concerned about which of the "destined to be terrible" addons is going to be less terrible.

I want MS to focus more on the core not on Kinect, also even if casuals do flood to buy Kinect I cant see the software flying off the shelves.

In reality we should all be hoping like hell that both of them fail in a laughable fashion. After having the Wii be such a big hit, either or both of them succeeding would pretty much guarantee that next gen would be one filled with stupid controllers and terrible shovelware games.

Kinect has been in the top 100 far longer and also has hit # 4, its also closer to launch for the PS Move, Kinect will probably near # 1 when it gets close to launch, doubt the same for Move.

doesn't the kinect have a worse launch line up? Let's wait until it's reviewed, it looks like it'll be even worse than Move. I think in terms of sales it'll do great but it will probably turn the 360 into a casual system and almost all hardcore gamers will be stuck with 1 real option. The move might also fix an issue many complain about= not enough people with head sets.

Ford is going to crush Lexus in sales but i rather drive a lexus. but you are right kinect with justin beiber will crush move in sales but move gamers will be enjoying their new hardware more than kinect gamers. so unless you are a ms stock holder sales wont matter to a gamer.

Even if Kinect sells more, Move has far better games. Heroes on the Move, Sorcery etc. do it for me.

Just dance + enormous amount of advertising will make it sell.
I doubt that many of the people who buy it will end up thinking that it was a good investment.
