kinect vs move: which will sell better??

i think it is the kinect

here is my anlysis of it:

i like its design. sleek and black. the colors are a nice fit for the new 360 s and eliete consoles. i also am impressed that it can recognize movement and voice control. so it's 2 devices in one. slightly pricey at 150$, but the xbox 360 base is big

the move will do well to

but personally i think the kinect will slightly outsell it. ms knows how to package and market their things. but move has the advantage of lower price. so it's lower price on move vs larger fanbase on kinect. imo the kinect games look kinda interesting too

i think dance central will be a massive hit for kinect

Kinect at first, Move by the end of the gen.

Just like the consoles themselves.

I think Kinect will do better.

I think I'll enjoy Move more.

I believe Move will be the superior technology while Kinect will be more popular due to hype and marketing. Also, that dance game will probably sell a few million units.

Well from all of the Ads from MS kinect will prolly sell more.

Due to marketing, Kinect. Xbox Corporate Executives have all their eggs in that basket, and have JUSTIN BIEBER playing Kinect at his concerts.

I think it will sell better, not that I ever cared about sales.

I think from the software lineup and game direction, Move looks to be the better product.

I'm not getting either, as I already have a Wii, but if I do splurge, it's gotta be for an amazing game.

The Dance Dance Revolution game on MOVE looks to be popular, and the Dancing game on Kinect looks to be popular too.

Hard to say. Like you said, the 360 has a larger user base, but we don't really know how well their community is going to buy into it. On the other hand, I have a feeling both will appeal to a lot of outside, so called casual gamers, who also bought into the Wii for it's unique gameplay.I truly believe they both will sell very competitively against one another.

I think Kinect will sell more hardware units then Move at first until people realize what a piece of crap it is (not as precise, laggy, not focused on hardcore, etc.., then the software sales for it will plum-it big time. I think Move will do great in the long run because of how they are focusing on all gamers and implementing it in alot of their upcoming titles. Not to mention it being really precise on top of it, also lots of people like the way the Wii mote is and Move is pretty much the same thing so if people like the Wii mote they basically will like the Move.

Initial, probable kinects due to ads.

In a year or so depends on support, which at this point Move seems to have better.

if you buy everything needed for ps3 single player. its more then kinect. if you buy all the stuff needed for 2 players on move it will cost more then a 4gig 360 s kinect bundle:shock:

i just asked a question, I never called it damage control.

At this point im gonna say kinect will sell better because we have several hundred reserves for it and 0 for move at our local gamestop.That doesnt mean move isnt selling because i have no idea what its doing elsewere.At this point in time im not that impressed with the launch software for either because they all just look like wii rip off games which doesnt come as a surprise considering both kinect and move are motion controllers.In my opinion kinect looks way more impressive because of the fact that u use your whole body and voice recognition.Hopefully microsoft will be able to make some real cool games in the future but only time will tell.
