Kinects First Hardcore Game

Anyone still think Kinect is responsive enough to provide gamers with anything but a casual expirience.

Yeah, that looks like fun. I'd love to see how it plays on one of the constantly moving levels.

Why would you subject yourself to playing a side scroller like that? :? I also noticed a lot of input lag.... Anyway that's not the issue here. That was just an unintuative way to play that particular game. In many occasions a controller is simply the better option. Let's see Kinect handle a game like Halo or Forza and then I'll be impressed.karasill

Because it is not recognizing much except for an objects x and y axis. I am sure there is something that would take a bit of work, but I am assuming with already written code it is only a matter of using some simple variables to correspond with one another. I could be wrong, just seems pretty easy. Like making a POT turn a wheel on a robot. Again maybe I am wrong :P.

In fact i want to play all games with a pad, i use Xpadder for Amnesia on PC too

So, of course i want to directly control the hero with an analog pad, than click around to move, will bevastly more immersive for me and will make gameplay far better or even vastly better
