Even with the deviations from what you might expect from the plucky pink puff, Epic Yarn most assuredly feels like a Kirby game; you have solid platforming, off-the-charts cuteness, and even throwbacks to familiar Dream Land characters and settings. And with the collectibles, minigames, and medals, what would otherwise be a short outing has a lot of replayability. Put simply, Kirby's Epic Yarn is a game everyone can enjoy.

Nice. Want to see the Gametrailers and GS score though.

Can't wait to see another review. I'd imagine IGN will have theirs up tomorrow.

This, Donkey Kong Returns, and Skyward Sword make me regret selling my Wii.

It looks like a lot of fun but I think I'll stick to my Gamecube and soon to be 3DS for all things Nintendo. Hopefully they make a Kirby game like this for it.

Looks alright. 2D platformers seem a bit out of place this generation, but they still make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside :P
