Kojima announces Death Stranding Director's Cut for PS5 #summergamefest

Did they remove the 10 minutes of waiting through needless cutscenes before saving your game yet?

The original never caught my eye as a game I'd enjoy so I think I'll pass in the director's cut as well.

Although if I can find a super cheap copy of the ps4 version ($5-10) I'd add it to my collection.

from that trailer i'm going to assume i.e. hope that by director's cut he mean he's going to re-introduce metal gear esque stealth which was "cut" from the first game, and if that's the case then sign me up. i couldn't figure out why the stealth in ds was so puddle deep, such a let down coming from kojima but also because the game would so obviously have benefitted from mg-like mechanics. could've turned a good game into a great one

Pretty cool news about Death Stranding, definitely some interesting story telling in this game, I wonder what the directors cut will be all about when it releases. I like the predator-ish look to the A.I in the trailer. nice looking so far.

It's sad but after this game Kojima went from one of my avorite devs to completely irrelevant to me.

Why is that?

Really annoying to see how he left perfectly fine oranges on the floor instead of putting them back inside the box. This is not how you create dlc's.
