MGS 4 will be released on the 360 because in the end, logic and common sense will win out. Kojima doesn't want MGS 4 on another console because he believes the PS3 to be a "theater". and he thinks MGS 4 is meant to be played in a "theater".
On the other hand, Kitaue wants MGS 4 to go multiplat purely for financial business reasons, as the PS3 isn't selling nearly as well as had been hoped. He doesn't believe the recent $100 price reduction will be enough to increase the PS3's user base to the extent that enough people will buy MGS 4 and allow it to recoup its high development costs, much less make a profit.
Only one of these two men is playing the role of the intelligent businessman.

I think Kojima refuses to make it multiplat because he has his pride at stake. Maybe he takes his pride in promises? He said himself that the it would be ps3-exclusive but if it appears on the 360 too everybody will call him a lier.
I do not hide my dislike for SCE but on this issue I must respect Kojima's wishes. If he really wishes not to bring MGS4 to the 360 then I say so be it. This was the same thing that happened with Shinji Mikami and not wanting RE4 on the PS2. Oh...yall don't remember that do you? H openly stated that he did not want RE4 on the PS2. So what happened? Capcom overuled and Shinji left the company. So for Konami's sake I'm willing to let things stand as they are. It may not be the most business smart thing to do but hey......

You do know that you sound ignorant ? it's not a rumor , it's konami themself that put MGS4 exclusivity in question . Kojima can't do **** about it .

He used to be Vice President of Konami Computer Entertainment Japan before voluntarily going back to focusing on development. Nobody at Konami can simply order him to do something
