Umm, no they aren't. They're based out of Irvine, California.
well there goes the majority of the game's sales.antifanboyftw
I think they might make more money this way, since it's practically a way of charging a monthly fee for SC2.

oh wow, just looked at that again. well, unless they all have accounts anyways, it does seem like you would easily be paying more in the long run if you go that route.[QUOTE="Alias_nemesis"]I'm calling bs, but Blizzard is a South Korean based company.its our game and we dont..because...?

Yes! I'm Korean! I get SC2 for free! but I don't like Starcraft.funsohng
You're clearly NOT Korean... you've been fooling us the whole time.
:P
We need to make SC our national sport too!! :o

It's too late now, maybe for StarCraft 3, so we have like 10 or 15 years to make it.
The modern Blizzard is nothing like the Blizzard we knew and loved back when the original SC or Diablo II came out. This is exactly the kind of ideas Bobby Kotick would come up with to make more money... and since its Blizzard, they get a free pass.
I am just gonna wait until all 3 SC games are in a battle chest for 40 bucks. For release, Il just borrow it or play the single player some other way.

Either way there's no solid proof of them scamming us quite yet for SC2 :P
It's questionable, but it's not like they can't play WoW, they are paying a monthly fee for both games instead of just the one.The modern Blizzard is nothing like the Blizzard we knew and loved back when the original SC or Diablo II came out. I'm pretty sure most Koreans know how to calculate math. Don't think anyone would buy the deal unless u had a Wow acct to begin with.
It seems that way Looks like they're trying to get even more people to sign up for WoW, so they can drain more than just 60 bucks from them in the long run.Is it like the PSN + model where if I stop paying for WoW itll lockthem out oftheir free SC 2?
XboximusPrime
Only sc fanboys and noobs pay $60 to buy a starcraft HD (starcraft 2).
it should be sold at $15-20 like those remake HD games on xbox live.
lol after 12 years, it has nothing new, still same shxt. Meanwhile, fps and rpg has made a lot of new elements and features.
