Last of us despite being movie game is Pretty Good.

So after TLOU being patch again I started playing it. its definitely a movie game with slow cinematic walking and talking and scripted sequence. but then playing part occurs. the gameplay is fantastic, the gunplay, combat, AI, its all done very well. plus story too.

I played uncharted 4 and it was pretty bad however TLOU is much better game. it doesnot even have wall cover and regen health mechanics Uncharted does.

so my friends, Is TLOU despite being movie game have much better gameplay than any of sony game so far?

Nothing to discuss, everyone knew it was good, and for a decade at this point. You were just hatin' on it because it was a PS exclusive, and you're programmed to hate on anything Sony. Imagine mixing high production with "movie game", which is more what Quantic Dream makes, not ND.🤷‍♂️

What's much worse is the UC series, and you somehow love them. So really, its not for you to judge TLOU2 when you enjoy the shovelware that is the UC series.

I don't even get that point...tlou and tlou2 are literally built off uncharted bones. Ghosts really says some contradictory things...ND literally copy pasted the assets, from character, textures even the world maps and changed a few things here and there. What a clown 🤡 ghosts is, but nothing new. Bashing UC but praising tlou, makes no sense...but then again this goes with his shtick of bashing the mainstream media AAA games.

Lol @regen health and cover mechanics. This is literally every single game. Even alan woke, fear have regen health. Why even whine about cover mechanics when you play a third person shooter...??

The last of us was awesome! Waaaaaaay better than uncharted. Not even close.

I thought it was okay, the overall quality of package is well rounded but on gameplay side it's just okay. Mechanically it's exceptionally well designed but given the slow burn nature of it the highlights of it as an savage action are few and far between. NG+ made it worth another playthrough or two with full upgrades to weapons and abilities perks. At the end of the day it's a lot of crawling around and scavenging, and slow walking while dialog plays out the narrative throughout most of it.

PC gamers are programmed to hate everything on the so called inferior consoles. For the longest ghost has been hating on these games, come to find out, all this time while he's been hating, he never even played them until now. Can't really take his opinion seriously because it's blind hate.

The Last of Us is even more masterpiece and top 2 best game of all time. And it isn't in second place.

It is a good game, i enjoyed playing it through once.

The story is good, not amazing and certainly not as good as it is made out to be.

The gameplay is ok, Ellie broke the immersion by randomly standing up all the time when in stealth. when it works though its satisfying.

i'd agree with 8/10 it got here.

RDR2 takes a dump on it in every way.

I agree it is a very good game on many levels! Gameplay is not bad. It's a bit like FEAR in the sense that the limited space has allowed the developers to do really good AI. There's also a fair bit of variety to the scenarios you face, it is the opposite of a padded open world game.

I also really enjoyed the western themes in the story and the ending was incredible (won't spoil it for you).

Gameplay wise, its not. Its a much better refined game at that, with some of the most dynamic transitions between stealth/action I've seen in gaming. And trust me when I say I've played a really LOT of games in my lifetime to know wtf I'm talkin about

Yeah it's got really engaging combat encounters, despite it's somewhat generic gameplay.

I think a reptilian murdered Ghost and is wearing his skin. Next thing he'll say is he loves cover mechanics, replenishing health, and pays full price for all his games and that piracy is bad.

The only game i would consider a movie game would be Metal Gear 4. Everything else is just Xbox fanboys being jealous of Sony games
