LBP Gamespot preview was pretty lukewarm - can anyone smell flop?

This game gets so much hype and it looks amazing...but that Gamespot review was pretty negative. I think this is going to flop now, which is a shame. I'm betting 7.5 - a good score but not the GOTY that people were claiming.

Blast Works for the Wii scored an 8.0 , so I really don't see how something like LBP would do any worse.

I'm thinking fanboyism. I'm 75% sure Fable 2 will win a few GOTY awards, and Gears 2 is sure to win one. But that's because of their franchises being so sucessfull.

Well it did get a ten and was one of the biggest games releasing this year, So it is possible for it to win GoTY.

Comparing this to MSG4 is not even relevent, the later has the fourth installment of an award winning series. MSG4 is a well grounded game, LBG is new. Stop making stupid as remarks.

I doubt Gamespot reviewers care about Gamerankings that much... And it was a big release but so was Halo 3 last year, but SMG beat it...

All I said was, its possible... Not that it definately will win GoTY...

I'm just jealous that I won't be able to play it. :(
