[Leak] Tales of Vesperia PS3 localization confirmed.

Looks like a voice actor from Tales of Vesperia spilled the beans.

He's revealed he's been doing recording sessions for the PS3 version in a Q&A.

I know you guys re-recorded the voices for Tales of Vesperia PS3. When are you guys going to announce the European release or do you know if it's coming out in the US?

Somebody asked me about that, there's actually no – we didn't re-record everything, they literally took what we did and just dropped it in and there was a couple of levels that they added. Uhm, so the new character, uhm, what's her name? Patty. We mentioned in the expo recently actually about the PS3 version.

So now the European release – I don't know why they haven't set a street date. It doesn't make any sense to me.

I'm ready for it to come out, too, because I've got a PS3 and I'm like "I want to ??? games".

I guess Namco Bandai hasnt given up on Tales in the West.

Sweet. I've never played a Tales game but I've heard many good things about this particular title.

They need to do this for all Tales games. They aren't going to become popular if Namco doesn't release them here, or if anything, only release it on ONE PLATFORM especially with 0 marketing.

I would like to see a time when Tales is actually a JRPG the majority of JRPG fans are looking forward too.

Wait... So the voice actor NOT re-recording anything and responding(possibly incorrectly) to an EXTREMELY biased and led question is confirmation??? The person who asked basically said "I know you re-recorded voices for the PS3 version" despite there being no proof of that, all in an effort to elicit some sort of "confirmation." And then the guy says that they AREN'T re-recording voices and it is STILL considered confirmed? WTF????????

Sorry but this is the LEAST reliable confirmation I have ever seen. Ask him without trying to bias the answer by leading him, and THEN we will talk.

But this isn't a confirmation.

It may well be happening(and this suggests that it probably is), but to consider this a confirmation is an affront to journalism.

Has Namco Bandai released an official E3 lineup list yet?

I keep seeing a list around and it lacks both Vesperia and Graces. I would think this would be the perfect time to make an official announcement.

Made my week. I knew Namco wouldn't abandon the fans. I'm so happy I won't even complain about how long I took, or how we still have no news on Graces.

If it came down to Vesperia ps3 or Graces, I'd choose Graces. But Vesperia was ****ing amazing on the 360.

This is a good sign. I was planning on buying a 360 just for Tales of Vesperia, but now I don't think I'll have to if they finally decide to go through with localization for the PS3 version.

Vesperia was indeed fantastic, but Graces is my favorite in the series.

Best battle system in the series hands down.

they probably saw the ps3 version of ff13 do well and descided to bring it to the west.

Makes me wish I had a PS3 instead of a 360. It's probably my favorite game on 360- disappointed that I'm missing out on content.MarthRingman

I agree, I felt like I heard 80% or so of the story before.
