Least Favorite Gaming Genre and Why?

sports games

1: they suck(imo)

2: you can do the exact same thing in real life

3: i don't like sport and if i did i would be playing it in real life

also JRPGs but its more of a sub-genre

That's a very strange assumption to make. Considering you are here. Anywho sports games are boring, just not as bad as JRPG, I play football and do swimming yet I hate all those FIFA games.

Not exactly strange. People are finally coming out and admitting they don't like sports on these forums. I know a lot of people who love games and dislike sports in general, and finally people on the internet are admitting it too. People like BlackBond, who adore video games and sports are hard to come by.

Oh, and congratulations on being the only football player to dislike sports games, especially FIFA and I assume Pro Evo. Anyone who actually likes their football loves these games. Why? Two things:

1) You can play as your favourite player. Like Fernando Torres in real life? Put him up against Thierry Henry over and over and over again in FIFA 09

2) Bragging rights. You play as your favourite team, and you challenge your friends against their favourite teams. You don't have to wait every season for Man. United and Chelsea to match up, and with Adidas Live Season now kicking in, you can try New Zealand against Brazil with up-to-date statistics. It's a football fan's dream.

Racing. Too limited. No plottwists, AI sucks 9/10, scenery is often boooooooooooo
