Left 4 Dead: Any Doubts?

Does anyone have any doubts about the Multiplayer game Left 4 Dead, set to be released soon this year?

I have no doubt that a game from Valve will be good.

being a zombie fanatic, i sure as hell hope it's as great as its made out to be

On a positive note, valve has an amazing track record with mp games

this is more of a for sure AAA than gears to me just cuz its being developed by valve

Left 4 Dead isn't really a demanding game.

I only have a 8400 gt, and I will probably be able to run it perfectly fine. I could for all other Valve games, Spore, FEAR and its first expansion, and I could run BioShock on medium.

getting it for pc maybe

im still n ot entirely sure becuase all myfriends are on XBL and its usually funner to play with friends than strangers

....I have an onboard intel graphics controller that doesn't even have pixel shader 1.1, and i only have 400 mb of RAM

I can't play tf2 (tried during a free weekend) and my pc even has some trouble with half life 1 and both expansions

EDIT: Or even Gearbox. Then Bungie, or maybe they're on the level of Valve in terms of FPSs. Bungie and Valve aren't as versatile as Monolith or Gearbox.

I thought it was being done by Sierra and a smaller developer.. not necessarily "Valve" themselves.

Although they are using the Source engine, and Sierra works closely with games like Counter-strike.. so on paper, the developer credentials on this game are unbelievably good.

first off, Sierra is virtually dead at the moment...not that it matters...they have nothing to do with this game....or with counter-strike.

Do you have objectives?It's in my top 5 for the year,but I'm thinkin it's gonna get repetitive.
