1. How does it feel playing a game and not having any piece of mind and worrying that the 360 might tank at any moment?

Customer service is great. I don't worry about it too much , theres a bigger chance of my PC taking tho ...

It's a little upsetting but I admit that seeing MGS come to 360 would be more entertaining just to see the cows reaction .I think I can live without it.

3. How does it feel after beating one shooter, you pick up the controller again to play another stale shooter?

Believe it or not I don't play all shooters ...heck I missed on a motherload of games in 2007 but I do like shooters.

4. How does it feel getting the inferior multiplat?

What ? Excuse me but most 360 multiplats are better than the PS3 version or at least equal . If you are a hermit you can brag all you want about your higher graphical settings , you get what you pay for but you only get slightly sharper graphics and sometimes more people online.

Frankly I don't see the difference . PS3 also has the same problem for multiplats. Sometimes games do have jaggies ( cough Halo 3) but sometimes they don't .

What ? The new 360 won't come in at least 2010 ...and if it sucks Iwon't buy it like I didn't buy the first xbox.

You get what you pay for . No cheaters , voice chat , friends list , downloads etc.

Overall M$ is just loosing to the Wii and it doesn't bother me at all. The Wii is not only a game console , it's more like the NEW must have toy for all ages. Even last GEN the gamecube was last but it still had it's share of good games.

It's sad that some people don't stay updated . The 360 IS making a profit.

10. How does it feel playing the poor man's PC?

You know , it feels good. You get to share games with the PC ...which is great . Stalker ( might) ,theWitcher and World in Conflict will be on the 360 , but won't be on the PS3 . You get the best out of PC with a fraction of the cost and the hassle.

the only legitimate point you make is microsoft dropping 360 for next gen console

How is that legitimate? There's no evidence aside from a few rumors that MS is even working on a next gen console.

Besides that, Sony began work on the Cell processor back in March of 2001and we see how long it took them to bring out the PS3.

Okay, the 360 has some high-scoring shooters, if a more than a few of them.

Also, while I agree that recent SKUs feature a lot of what should have existed at the beginning, some of it's optional stuff, like the HD features in the Elite. Not everybody shells out money for an HDTV. Quite a few people don't even have one, including me.

Another thing, Metal Gear Solid 4 is one game. Lemmings have enough games to pull them through, also given the fact that lemmings can have other systems.

for3 only 17% of the 360 library is shooters

number 4 are you kidding. graphics no, online no, textures no,there is no achivements. please just dont

You know it could happen, but you never really think of it because you're having too much fun playing Gears, Mass Effect, Halo 3, Forza 2, etc.  And now with the 3 year warranty and new heatsink models, the red ring will soon be nonexistant.

I could easily play MGS 4 due to the fact that I own a PS3, but I hate the MGS series.  Enjoy another AA game

As shooters are my favorite genre (and the genre definitely isn't stale), I have no problem with it.  But since shooters are less than 15% of the 360 catalogue, I could easily choose to pick up a non-shooter.  I just don't want to.

Nearly every single multi-platform game has run better on the 360, with faster load times, a more stable framerate, or clearer graphics and better lighting effects.  Only games released a year later on the PS3 (Oblivion) have looked better on the PS3.  And also, any game with online play is pretty much automatically better on the 360 due to Xbox Live.

I have no idea what this is even supposed to mean.

Well, in a few years when it's time to move on to the next Xbox, then I'll gladly pay for it.  As the PS3 is supposed to last ten years (and it doesn't look like it will even last 2 at this rate), the Xbox 720 will obviously be far superior to it, technologically.

I pay what is equal to $4.17 a month for Xbox Live and it is the most amazing online gaming experience there is.  I would gladly pay $100 a year for it, as it is so incredibly superior to anything the PS3 or Wii has to offer, that there is no competition.  If you can't afford $4.17 a month for Xbox Live, then you should definitely reconsider buying a game console to begin with.

Microsoft is the market leader.  More money is spent on 360 hardware and software than on the PS3 or Wii.  The 360 games catalog alone outsells the PS3's and Wii's combined.

"Sony is actually the only one still losing money with the production of their console.  Also, Microsoft is one of the richest companies in the world.  Why would they need to worry about losing a few million?
