Honestly GTAIV looks boring and stale. I am kinda tired of the genre.

So I'm assuming you have an xbox, because of your sig, so you can verify the menu options yourself. You have a username tied to xbox live that you recover for that user's content. If you have multiple user's with multiple xbox live accounts then anything you purchased off of marketplace will also be available.

If you have multiple accounts and some of them are not tied to xbox live, then of course you won't see them on a new console, it's just like swapping out a HDD on your computer or your PS3 Hard drive. Live isn't going to store anything not connected to the system. You have to transfer that information some other way

For individuals in your position, then it is a problem. But there are only 2 people in my household and my girlfriend doesn't play games, so therefore I am the only gamer in the house. No problems here. So I don't see the need for me to personally ***** about something that doesn't harm or affect me.

Consider yourself extremely lucky if true. I got a failed HDD and then RROD and switched to PS3. My brother in law got 5 RRODs before getting a PS3.

What does a save game have to do with DRM? If you don't back up your documents on your computer, what happens? On the flip side, if you use a program such as digital locker and your computer breaks, what happens to your programs?

It only gets the RROD if it gets hot, I get pissed off, turn it off after seeing connection problems on COD4, and then turn it on again. The heat generated caused it to get a RROD. It's happened 2 - 3 times since I got the thing, and I sure as **** know that a design fault or manufacturer defect isn't a consumers fault. If it is 100% like people say it is, I wont need a warranty.

What I meant by preorder is... Here in Manchester, or more locally, Oldham games like Halo and Gears were both in stock either the same day or the day after they were released, so preordering wasn't necessary. I never queued up for GTA games in the past, and thats why I don't know whether to bother.

Yeah, GS gets the "scarecrow" fans of the PS3. If you look around, you can find alot of smart PS3 fans ;)

Since when has the HDD been a problem???? I really doubt he got 5 RRODs on 5 different consoles. If he did then he's clearly NOT taking care of them.

Please explain why you couldn't keep the HDD??? I've had 2 RROD on me and both times I had ZERO problems with saves or anything I downloaded.

Must be because your a Patriot fan. I'm an Eagles fan so I guess since I'm tortured so much when it comes to football I got good will on my 360. It has never had one hiccup ever.

Hmmm please explain how the PS3 is better? You're talking reliability? I agree but the original XBOX was more reliable than the PS2 and where did it get it. If you're talking about games then I'd have to strongly disagree. Unless you like playing games that last 1 day with no replay value as well as inferior. Don't call me a lemm either. I'm more of a cow hater than a lemm. Besides I don't even touch my PS3 or 360....just my gaming computer.

Forgot to put /sarcasm in my post. I've only had one problem with my 360 and that was due to user error. It's just funny to see the ratio of RROD's of SW 360 owner's. SW owners must have bad karma.

dlc does not make any version superior. frame rate and other in game elements makes the better version. dlc just makes people think about which one to get
