Hopefully Lems will add something to their collections other than WRPG's and shooters this gen. Yukio Futatsugi said if it does well he wants to ask Microsoft if he can make an RPG in the same universe. And for those who never played Panzer Dragoon RPG.....

It is a $15 download that was a 360 game.  :?

I look forward to getting a complete edition of this on PS4 after it fails to sell 100 copies on the XBox.

meh... I prefer WRPG's and shooters.. I dont think im going to change anytime soon... and im ok with it.

This is the one game on the xbox I have interest in, but I doubt it'll be on par with any of the Panzer Dragoons. Another Panzer Dragoon Saga though... that would be amazing to say the least, lol.

Now that's a game I'm definitely getting day one on Xbox One, it's a spirtual successor to the awesome Panzer Dragoon series after all.

That looks disgusting, would not buy.

Sorry, it's inevitable to be lost at the bottom of the heap under Forza, BF4, CoD:G, DR3, and KI.  It's on the same level of interesting as Knack....

So, as someone who grew up gaming and owned Panzer Dragoon on Sega platforms, I kinda get the feeling as to why this genre sorta died out. We look at this game's fundamental design and we see huge broad strokes of it in that Final Fantasy rail shooter that came out on Wii last gen, Lair, Roque Squadron, and even Star Fox.

I feel at some point there were games in this genre that must've bombed hard in order to have the genre go in such a heavy recession, but I can't for the life of me think what those games might've been. I'd love to see this game do well and be supported, but I honestly feel a game like this requires release on as many platforms as possible; I can totally see this doing okay on PC and Wii U.  

Lems are far more concerned about FPS, FPS, FPS, XBL, XBL, XBL, XBL, FPS, FPS and more FPS.

Sorry, but that's the vast majority of the fanbase are. My apartment building, which comprises mostly teenies and tweenies and some trust fund post college grad in their early 20s, are prime examples of that demographic. The moment I mentioned I was playing R-Type Dimensions on my 360, one particular teenie didn't know what the hell I was talking about and I told him it's a shootemup he can download it from XBL, he said no thanks, seems boring. No joke.

I love my 360 and PS3 and actually seem more interested now in an XBOX ONE than a PS4, but to seriously even beg Lems to buy that game is simply like trying to beg some closed minded idiot Hip Hop fan to buy the next Iron Maiden album.
