With how well Alan Wake did on steam in just two days Id be surprised if Rayman Origins didnt have similair sales.

I'm actually going to get the Vita version when I get one.
Cherokee_Jack
Which is what I got.
Rayman Origins is a superb 2D platformer. Very underrated.

Dunno whether I want the Wii version or the PS3 version. PC version mises mulitplayer for me so no buy.
lazerface216
ps3 mang! it looks like a f*cking painting in hd, just amazing.
EVERYONE NEEDS TO BUY THIS GAME!!!! it is legendary...
It looks pretty good but it doesn't really look better than say Muramasa. I'm having more trouble deciding just based in controller preference since I am probably getting another wiimote but am not getting another PS3 controller.
I think the PS3 one runs at proper 1080p.Dunno whether I want the Wii version or the PS3 version. PC version mises mulitplayer for me so no buy.

But first and foremost, get it for the platform you have the most controllers for. You need an extension of the Wii-mote to add another buddy for co-op, So a nunchuck, a classic controller etc.

I think the animation sprites look better than Muramasas and Rayman: Origins does this very nice foreground layering that adds some environmental depth to what is meant to be a 2D game.

All hermits, we need to unite and buy this game, as this is one of the most fresh things the gaming industry has seen in a long time.
SW__Troll
The gaming industry sees "fresh things" on a near daily basis.
It's rather unfortunate you don't see them
Sure, but i'm talking about this game. Besides I usually don't like most of the indie stuff... Mount and Blade is my one big exception. While I doubt it'll take the crown from Trine 2 for me, I did enjoy the demo on Steam.
For those saying that the co-op on PC will be difficult, just take the 4 (or 3 if one of you gonna use the m/kb) controllers that you would have used if it were on console, and there you go. They don't all have to be the same type, you can have 1 player with m/kb, 2 players with 360 gamepads, and 1 player with a Dual Shock 3. I have a Novint Falcon that I will use while my roommate can use the m/kb and I stil have a PS3 and a 360 gamepad for anyone else.
[QUOTE="Easyle"][QUOTE="ShadowDeathX"]The demo won't work for me. Everytime I start it, I get a black screen. The audio plays though, but I can't see anything.ShadowDeathXThats odd. I would take it up on the official Rayman Origins board. I can't even uninstall it from my Steam list. I run the delete local files and uninstallation thing, but the game remains there like nothing happened. I couldn't install it last night, clicked on link and nothing happened...weird.

Have 2 controllers for each, will probably add a 3rd Wiimote. No point in 2 PS3 controllers for me.
I think Muramasa has better graphics, the best animated 2D game on consoles is a boy and his blob. (underated game)

PC gamers who wanted to play it allready did on Dolphin
and no, im not supporting ubisoft
G-Lord
I doubt that many PC gamers are aware of Dolphin, and yes, I will buy the game.
most of the ones that are aware of it can't even run the damn thing well. my PC can max pretty much every PC game out there and struggled running F-zero GX on dolphin.[QUOTE="G-Lord"][QUOTE="HaloinventedFPS"]
