How about framerate? I wonder how people judge framerate by a pic.

1- the ps3 proved itself capable of running other games like tetris at 60fps, so obviously it's the dev's fault.

2- who cares, you won't notice a difference betweeen a constant 30 fps and a constant 60fps using a controller.

wow, PS3 version is Gamecube quality at best. what's the next excuse cows??

- FEAR (lazy devs)

- Virtua Tennis (same as FEAR)

- Splinter Cell : Double Agent (1-lazy devs, 2-it's a port, and ports always look better on the original console, 3-ubisoft loves x360 and hates ps3, 4-Ubisoft paid by Microsoft)

- Rainbow Six Vegas (same as splinter cell)

- Call of Duty 3 (1-near launch title, devs didn't learn the console yet, 2-final dev kits reached couple of days before the launch).

- Marvel Ultimate Alliance (same as call of duty 3)

- Virtua Fighter 5 (1-X360 has extra dev time, 2-X360 version is based on the arcade version C, 3- it's a port, and ports always look better on the ported version)

- The Darkness (dev still didn't learn the PS3 yet)

because judging from the screenshots THEY have, the textures look better for 360. Judging from the ones I'm looking at now, that isn't the case. I could make judgements too you know? Anybody can have different judgements given the right picks. The pics that GS provide do show that in VT the 360 looks better. However in the ones our good friend provided, I have to say the ps3 looks slightly better.

Add this to the list of justification for why all pro football runs slow:

Irrational games is part of 2k right. Irrational is making Bioshock for 360 and PC and not for PS3. So obviously 2k sports must be biased to MS!! (It's for humor)

Look, I am done. If you cannot look past your fanboy goggles and see that some games do and will look better on system A and some do and will look better on system B, I am sorry for you. There is no one system that has a lock on better versions of games, as that will change on a near game by game basis, and it looks like it will stay that way all generation. Be prepared for years of the same arguements if you cannot accept that.SpruceCaboose

The "lazy dev" excuse can only be used in System Wars but in reality and in the real gaming world that excuse is non existance. From countless articles to other countless articles the reason why games are inferior on the PS3 is because of its complex hardware and lack of helpful tools not provided by Sony. Why would game developers be lazy, they're using their own time and their own money, its just not good business. So if the devs are too lazy because its really hard to develop for the PS3, you will see more exclusives for the other consoles and they will stop making mulitplatfrom games for the PS3.

It does look better on 360 and to add other things... it runs at 60fps on 360, and 30 on ps3...

:P, believe it or not, some ps3 fans did serious posts with similiar accusations.

The problem is there is one game that owns them all and that would be oblivion, having just played oblivion on the ps3 couple of days ago there is no doubt in my mind it's just lazyness, Oblvion on the ps3 amazed me and I could notice improved graphics on the ps3 having played both versions, so if oblivion probably the best game out right now next to gears of war can look just as good on the ps3 and somewat improve, then fear and all the other games can easily look just as good on the ps3 if not sligtly better and this isnt because the ps3 is more powerful im not saying that, it's just the game studio obviously took the time to work on the ps3 and actually made an amazing port which just goes to show the other devs that made fear and splinter cell and so on either had no idea how to work on the ps3, were lazy or just didnt think it was worth putting the effort in because as ifit couldnt handle the games just as good on ps3 if oblivion can because oblivion is totally on another level to those games
