Mouse and keyboard support is the cherry on top. Great news.

I don see how it is far different than LBP1 and i hated LBP1 gameplay, all jumping around, not for me

I will admit that it isn't a game for everyone.
I love the game, it reminds me of what got me hooked on gaming in the first place. Lots of fun with a simple concept. I know the second game might not be too different, but I'm still excited for a continuation none the less.
The biggest draw back for me, was that to create a great level, that actually makes a difference, takes huge time
If they streamlined some stuff a lot more, i would be interested, maybe with Move it is better, i will rent it, see reviews and if reviews sugegst MOve use is helping and i like what i see, i will buy it
Until then of course, i plan to rent it, since i did nto like the SP in LBP1 and could not make a great level in short time, so i did not bother with it in the end
to make anything good its a time consuming process in any walk of life tbh.Except in the case of chinese democracy..
it shows people have taken time to design and think things through aswell thats the whole process of designing not just knocking together a few things and being done with it.
Something that bugs me so much about this game... I used to be amazing at level editors. Not trying to sound conceited, but it was top quality design alot of the times. I remember having so many maps done on the far cry games. I've lost that touch though, and I just dont have the imagination, or patience to put up with it anymore.
Still, Im interested in lpb2, but keeping a safe distance from too much hype. I hyped that last one to the heavens and as I explained above, I just couldnt keep up so to speak. It really does have so much potential though.

I'm the same, i love map editors and usually do pretty well, with LBP however you do need to put in more effort and planning ahead is essential. It's also easy to overcomplicate something in the game, that could've been done a much easier way so experimentation is also a huge part of it.
For example, on my current level there's a part where i've made a section with multiple platforms that disintigrate over 15 seconds, (the last part will drop the platform entirely) ofc that means that if the person fails on these platforms i either have to kill them (which will bring them back to the previous checkpoint), or create an alternate path which would mean the primary part would need to hold a greater reward.
In the end i just made the platforms and switches an object and set them to emitters, so if you fail, you'll go back to the previous checkpoint and when you get back to the platforms section they'll have respawned.
With LBP2 there'll be even more ways to work around problems and ways to complicate things even further, but i cant wait for it personally.
