Little Big Planet the wave of the future

ok everyone knows im a sony fan but I just have to say I bought Little Big Planet yesterday and all I can say is WOW im in pure shock on how replayable and good this game is 360 only fans don't know what their missing.

Have you ever heard of a neverending game I think we have found it a perfect game i've been online and everyday people create new levels for it today I was playing a super mario brothers level that a japanese person made and I was blown away and a metal gear solid level and a dinosaur level that looked awesome and all kinds of creative ideas people came up with I always new this game was awesome but to this extend, to have an endless replay value I think sony acomplished a task that I didn't think could be possible in gaming with Little Big Planet it's just amazing this game is revolutionary

What do you all think of how this game is do you think this idea is going to bring gaming to the future ?

LBP is really meant to be played with friends in the same room. It's a completely different experience than the online portion.

I'll check back with your opinion of the game after 2 weeks. Its a nice game. I loaned it out after I ended it and played good amount of community levels. I'm getting it back from a friend tomorrow so that I can try the MGS levels. Other than that, meh. I will agree that its a nice alternate after playing my HARDCORE titles.IIJuggaNottII

Sorry to quote you again, but I saw your games list and I have a question. LBP allows you to build your own level from scratch. You can make anything you wish, believe me, I've seen it. Wouldn't that make it "Hardcore?" as you have access to the very building blocks of the entire game and you can do anything you want?

Why would you be sorry? Anywhoo. If having the ability to create levels makes the game hardcore in your opinion...thats fine. Banjo Kazooie is hardcore too, you can create vehicles. I see what your point is though. Little Big Planet= Hardcore....confirmed. Happy now?

LBP is more than just a platformer- and yes, the platforming elements aren't as tight as other platformers, however I am completely fine with the physics of the game, including the jumping. It's just something u have to get used to, and I don't think the problem is that big.

One problem I have is that it keeps autosaving which means that everytime I turn the system off, I get three beeps...anyone else get this? I just know that my data is going to corrupt...

More than a platformer? What else is it? And don't even try to pass the create levels to share around. Halo already beat it to that.

Hey at least the other games this gen aren't called something new and original. LBP is called innovative. Yet halo 3 does content sharing before it and SMG makes its gameplay look like it's from the stone age. I really don't get what you all see in this game. Even after playing it for 15mins.

I can't use forge since my 360 doesn't have a HDD nor do I even have live. I only use my PS3 for online. But my point is it's been done before.

I didnt see this one...lol. I wasnt trying to knock the game at all. I bought it eventhough I thought it would be a kiddy game. In my opinion it would be a nice game for a person without a big time game habbit. I just didnt really invest a great deal of time into the game. The amount of stuff you can create is endless....I just didnt really have the desire to create levels. I did dabble around with it, because I like how they set up the tutorials and stuff. I bought into it...but after playing a level....beating it, I would think..."thats IT?". Its like incomplete. Its a bunch of level ones. Its like if you bought a game...beat the first level and just stopped playing it. Again...I loaned it out after I ended it and went off on a gamer frenzy playing Resistance 2, Gears, Fable II yadda yadda. I guess Im being irrational, so I'll just invest more time with it.
