yeah... I do like choices. I'd rather buy a 400 system with out an added nex gen dvd player which would jack up the price, $200 saved right there. I don't have to choose for the wireless controller since that came with it. And I don't have to buy the 120GB HDD because I don't need it.FlawlessSeasons

you know, if someone came to me, offering all those things for (imaginary price, but probably pretty close to reality) $850 or only the crucial ones for $400, but i'd miss the other stuff AND i could choose another console that comes with it all for $600, than i would choose the other console.

Something wrong with these options. I like the option to have options. Seems PS3 owners are forced a Blu-Ray and now forced a 60GB model cause that's all their seems to be now everywhere I see.

And it looks like the 20GB might be taken out the way people just can rarely find them it seems so you will have just your 60GB version which is $120 more then the elite model that some people may want or $200 me then the premium which most gamers will get.

Oh so pathetic to have choice like that. I rather just be forced to have a new format because a company is trying to push it on me and rather give me a fee blu-ray movie then a free game cause games are second.

This new version means nothing to me cause I don't want any of that stuff and that can be said with many others. Those who want to buy and pay more for it, it's their choice. When the premium is canceled and the elite replaces it for more money then you can come saying crap but until then you people need to mature up just a little and realize that no one is forced to buy anything here and that most people don't need the elite. But for those who do own an HDTV and want IPTV and have the money for those then I'm sure they will have the money for this elite version.

I guess the DS lite is making Nintendo look bad and making them loose fans or all the new versions of gameboy they had come out....oh wait
