The responsibility to make an educated purchase lies with the consumer not with advertisers. Providing the advert is not misleading there is zero issue here.

Look at ANY car commercial. In the commercial, the top trim is on display, and the announcer talks about available features. At the end, they list the price... for the base model. All manufacturers do this.

it is a corny commercial why are people bringing up different types of other companies and manfuacturer's, the commercial is corny, and the whole idea of the commercial is pretty much about Kinect and the actor.
