I rememeber when 360 ads were on the PS3 page a couple of years ago and the Sony fanboys in here were having a fit accusing MS of paying off Gamespot.

Right when they knew that ps3 wasn't capable of 160fps, 2 teraflops (lol the cell found on the ps3 is only 150 gflops), pre-rendered demos, lol UE3 ended up better on the 360, etc, etc and yet they still continue with misleading advertisement. It started with

So next time what'll they chop, hum wifi? claiming that the a/b/g protocols are "last gen", the blu-ray drive? A la psp go.

As the guy above said, the add was "tongue and cheek", nothing more. Anyone who was blessed with more than a few brain cells knows the PS3 can't do everything, that's just stupid considering there is nothing in existence that can do "everything" and there never will be.

Meh on topic, this kinda thing happens all the time. I remember seeing 360 ads on the Wii, PS3 and PS2 pages at some point. It's a sly move though :P

The wii ones are terrible bad. Just check em out on youtube. Some of the videos on tv.. make you wanna avoid your wii.

IYO? I can go back and play them perfectly fine.

Playing through FFVII, VIII and IX is still awesome. Even MGS is amazing, with it's obviously lacking graphics.

I think that this advertising and the new commecials is the best marketing that Sony has done in years, seriously, about time.

Definately, as well as my release 60gb. Apparently the removal of BC halfway through a gen, also makes consoles released before that incapable of playing PS2 games.

Ahhhh, gotta love it :P
