Not to mention any new channels that release between now and the end of the year. The 360's lineup is ok... but not much that catches my interest compared to Wii. I'll probably try Mass Effect, and I will definitely get Banjo Threeie. However, Halo 3 looks like a rehash to me, and I am not particularly fond of first person shooters anyway.
SSBB, Pokemon Revolution, FFCC, Super Mario Galaxy all look like rehash and have nothing new.
I admit that PBR is a bit rehash-ish... but the others? What? No one has even seen any game footage of FF:CC, so how the heck can you call that a rehash if we know nothing about it yet? As for SMG, all traditional Mario games bring a new twist to the series. This time, it's space, and the Wiimote, plus a new co-op mode. As for SSBB, not a rehash at all. When you add online play into the mix of things, and a more in-depth single play mode according to the developers that has some potential to add a lot of new things into the franchise. Besides, its kind of the same situation as FF:CC, we don't know much about the game at all so how can you call it a rehash?
Halo 3 on the other hand doesn't seem to be adding much to the series at all. To be honest, the graphics look outdated, like a first gen 360 title with "shiny but not realistic" visuals. It also doesn't add any real twist to the series, at least Halo 2 added online play.If you are going to respond to my post, respond with facts to support your opinion. Don't just disagree to disagree... defeats the purpose entirely.
The first FFCC was awful, it was just flat out bad, in multiplayer you had to have one person carry the bucket around, that isnt very fun for that person. Then you had to replay levels over and over to make the years pass. Why even add it to your list if you know nothing about it except that the 1st one was not very good.
SMG- its just using the Ratchet and Clank Moon aspects, its not really new at all, it looks fun and ill pick it up, but i wont expect it to be some great experience, becasue the last mario was a let down.
SSBB has always been fun, but online doenst add that much to a fighting game. I would also like to see how the lag is, because that could screw the online play up. Kinda like how Host shotgun hurts GeoW multiplayer.
And Halo 3, those graphics are from alpha, that video wasnt filmed yesterday, they are implementinng new features which they showed in the video(sheild bubble, mines, etc.) . Your telling me to use facts? come on, you should know that video was not used to show graphics.
