Actually. i have become less impressed with the game the more i see it. I don't know, it just looks uglier everytime.Cedmln
lol, duh! Sit down and stare at Crysis screens for hours on end and I'm sure you'd say the same thing about its visuals. That's why being ridiculously hyped for a game is never a good thing. 9/10 you ruin some part of the game by just being too into it pre-release.
Jeez...
(Point 1) This game will rock on PC & 360. Yes their will be resolution differences and lighting differences on both. But this game is not just about graphics. System Shock fans should note this. Stop bating each other. I own a high end laptop and 360 and am gonna flip a coin coz both formats are gonna be great.
(Point 2) Anybody who has played System Shock 1/2knows this game is very likely to be awesome. When a developer has such a rep it is only fair to give them credit.
(Point 3) PS fanboys should stop trying to knock games that are on 360 every 5 mins, that are not on PS3. This game looks great. Bringing up graphics is very very SAD because last generation the PS2 won on gameplay not graphics. Graphics can be good but if I had to choose on the developer putting in a extra 3 months on gameplay or graphics development time I'd chose gameplay. Amen...
Bio-shock is a potential game of the year. Fingers crossed its a decent length without multi.

Actually, it is running off a modified SWAT 4 engine which has features from Unreal 2.5 and 3.0. There has also been no PC screenshots or videos released yet so we do not know what kind of graphical upgrades/changes there are for the PC version.
In terms of artstyIe the gaming is ****ing amazing. I do not believe I have seen so much colour in any other shooter in my life... not to mention the art-deco styIings and whole atmosphere is fantastic.foxhound_fox
the swat 4 engine, was a heavily upgraded version of UE2.5, the engine was actually created for Tribes: Vengence, SWAT 4, still looks pretty decent today.
It does look like Doom 3, but I still want it on PS3. And yea Darkness probably does help cheat in graphics a bit.
