I usually don't play for more than 1hour at a time, my attention span is very limited, I really start sucking at most games after a while. But When I got Galactic Civilizations 2 I played it from about 4pm till dawn, when I was finishing I thought it was 1-2am or something, but it was already morning and I had to get to school. Just didn't notice the time passing, been playing it on smaller maps from then on.

I beat like the last half of the game then went on and beat Seperate Ways and Assignment Ada and also fooled around in mercenaries unlocking all 5 characters. Gaming bliss. 8)
When GTA III came out, I played it for18 hours straight, just exploring the city. With Melee, I played for 13 hours straight, unlocking stuff. SSBM and GTA III are the longest time Ive spent playing games, so far....
i usually cant sit with a game for a long period of time. Usually i game only for 1 and a half - 3 hours. But i do recall playing KOTOR for about 12-15 hours straight when i first got it.
Definatley Halo 1, me and a few friends had a weekend long sleepover, started on easy, skipped normal, did heroic and legendary, then played Multiplayer for like another 6 hours, Yeah it was great we didnt stop for sleep the whole weekend(thank god it was during Christmas Vacation.

I got ya beat, 8v8 CTF halo 1, 5 HOURS best player had over 2k kills
Joint Ops Typhoon Rising for about 12 hours when I first got it, it was amazing. Being just one soldier among 149 others in a huge online war was really epic.
This round eventually went on for about a week (you could leave and come back again). Thats right, one round until a team managed to capture all the bases across the immense map full of vehicles.
Probably Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. I was addicted to the multiplayer, and I became extremly good from playing it all day. Also, Runescape got some time put into too, sadly.
JRPGs tend to hit me hard like that, or at least they used to. I played games like FF7, Chrono Cross, Star Ocean 2, and Xenogears at greatly extended lengths.
when the Wii came out i played Twilight Princess 14 hours the first day, got up early the next day, and played for 16 hours!
But i'm not sure thats the most i've played though, i once spent a weekend with friends doing nothing but gaming and drinkin, i might have played 20 hours straight there...
no idea lol but i remember watching my bro play Commandos back when i used to be in Pakistan for a darn long time, i think he started playing at like 12pm and stopped at 6..sumthing like that, longest I played was probably gears of war for like 4 hrs straight multiplayer
Edit: i just remembered i played halo 3 for 5 hrs straight few days ago, from 11 pm to 4 am lol so thats my longest probably
Once I played for some 30~ hours straight in FFXI (we had pre-arranged a levelling party w/a few of the godly jp players on my server over a weekend, 30+ hours of glorious exp and no downtime)
Haven't played FFXI, or any MMO for that matter, since then - about 4 years ago I think.
